I usually have a good experience using this pharmacy. But tonight I did not. I went up there to pick up my medication, but I did not have my health insurance card yet. So I was given a piece of paper by HR at my job. I waited by Drop off, but then a woman offered to help me. I told her I was there for a pick up and showed her the piece of paper I was given. She tells me in the rudest tone “Prescriptions aren’t even listed on here, how am I supposed to run this?” Like I’m expected to know how working in a pharmacy goes. Anywho, I double checked my benefits, and prescriptions are very much apart of my benefits. Not only that, she was pretty much yelling at me for no good reason. I was taken aback. I meant no harm at all towards this woman, I was just trying to get my prescription. And I felt I was treated poorly. Hopefully I will not have another experience similar to this one. If so, guess I’ll have to start using a different pharmacy.

Been waiting on acid reflux medicine for our newborn for over a week now and they told me it would be ready today but told my wife an hour later it was on backorder. This isn't the first time it has happened either. Plus they would rather talk then help customers half the time. Go anywhere other than this pharmacy

I had a tire instillation appointment at 5. When I got there even a little before my appointment. They told me it'd be almost a two hour wait Even though having an appointment made, i would still have to wait for the walk in cars in front of me. I asked how that was possible, because when i called earlier and consulted with Rebecca she claimed "it would be quick and easy" and insisted I still come in at 5. Two other costumers that were here before me, had the same exact issue. Me nor my family will be returning here for ANY kind of services.

Called them to tell them I was pulling into the parking lot. When I walked to the window to get my medicine they closed the gate stating once the gate was down they couldn’t sell anything. So thanks Walmart.

You would think that customer service representatives would be more professional, courteous and productive. Walmart is becoming more and more intolerable. I no longer utilize the pharmacy for my needs.

Victoria the clerk is awesome. I went the day after Christmas and expected a very long frustrating wait in the return line. I was wrong on both counts. My wait was short and pleasant. Victoria was extremely helpful and friendly. This is how shopping at Walmart should be.

I had the worst experience in this walmart in my life..... first of all my boyfriend and i were on our way to tunica for him to do a tournament well i had stoped to pick up some stuff on the way for his mother then she calls and changes her mind saying it wasn't the right stuff so my boyfriend and i stop by this walmart on the way i got in to return the items as i walked up i handed dorathy my receipt she said there are cupons on your receipt i said yes and showed her where the cupons were for on what items she had an awful attitude towards me rolling her eyes whispering about me i don't even understand why i still kept telling her i don't want the cupons i just want the money i put in on the items they are un wanted cindy the manager comes up and they start to accuse me of trying to take the money i kept telling her what happened and i just wanted the money i spent back well she treated me as a theif yet i still didn't understand why well finally after continuing to be treated bad i finally left upset and crying my boyfriend went in to find out what i did that was so wrong and why i was treated so badly then Dorothy began to ignore him and rolling her eyes at him this cindy began to be condescending to him poping off at him being rude making excuses so on so forth until he had enough and left my experience was not fair it was terrible needless to say we will be contacting 1800walmart seems like the only way to fix the problem i will never shop there ill take my business to target atleast your treated like a customer there.
