“Great experience! Super store with super products for women & mon of all ages! It's always a real treat to shop there anytime ! I highly recommend Reed's. A little pricey, but their target market has the ability to pay. I love this store. It is such a refreshing alternative to the tire, boring stock maintained by most stores. It's always great to give a gift from Reed's, because the recipient's eyes light up as they observe the packaging from Reed's. This store thrives on pace makers, the cutting edge, and trend setters.”
“I love this delightful, fun boutique! I love to visit at Christmas because of the unique, wooden Angel ornaments that I buy every year for a friend. Everything is beautifully wrapped which sure saves time. The beautiful friendly lady at the front desk is just that: Beautiful, friendly, and so charming and helpful. I’ll be back over there this week to see what I can find. There is lots of variety in gifts and everything I’ve ever bought is high quality! “I just wanted to brag on the Torrid store in Tupelo, MS! We had one of the best experiences shopping for clothes. My husband and I were greeted to the store by a lady named Kathy. She was so sweet and so knowledgeable about the clothes! She set me up with a dressing room and brought me so many clothes to try on. I truly did feel special! I will definitely be coming back! “My only complaint was the bathrooms were trashed, there was several rolls of tissue still - I know it was a crazy busy day for them being tax free weekend, but it's not too hard to send someone to just pickup the toilet paper wrappers that people throw on the floor.Service was great, lots of lovely ladies running the dressing rooms today and they kept them cleaned out and the line moving. Checkout was super fast too.”

“Kohl's is my favorite place to shop. They have decent quality products with reasonable prices and run excellent sales! If you've never shopped there, you should give them a try. You can order online or through the app and have most items shipped to you or pick up in the store. They have recently remodeled the Tupelo store and the in store pick up area is by the front door. So, its very convenient now. Can't forget the Kohl's cash they give away often. $10 Kohl's cash for every $50 spent and occasionally they give $15 Kohl's cash for every $50 spent or $5 Kohl's cash for every $25 spent. When you spend your Kohl's cash, there's no minimum purchase required. If you have $20 Kohl's cash, you can buy something that's $19.99 or less with it if you want. A lot of stores will require a $20 or more purchase to use their $20 reward and one will even require a $40 or more purchase to use it. (I rarely shop there.) All of these things together make it my favorite place to shop.”

“I go for the deals. Not for clothes but toys that I collect, weird food items, coffee cups, and cooking gadgets. Oh and the weird furniture. You know when you arrive they will be understaffed and the place will be messy. Occasionally they will say hi and that happened for the first time the other day of which i was pleasently suprised. This is a discount place. Expect it.”
“Shopped there on Saturday, January 20th. Customer service was EXCELLENT. I wish I knew the young ladies' names who were at the register. They were extremely nice and very helpful. This was around 1:30 that afternoon. One of them helped me save $12 with Charlotte Russe online coupons on an app she told me about that I didn't know anything about. The other employee on the floor was very nice and very helpful too! I will definitely go back and recommend to many friends to go there. Keep up the great work! I don't know why these other reviews are complaining. Everything was sized correctly and in the right racks. My daughter and I were appropriately greeted. U can't please everyone. The "Customer is always right" concept doesn't mean the customers give employees a hard time bc they think they looked at them the wrong way. People should look up the meaning of that. Thanks!”
“I go into EarthBound every time I go to the mall and all the employees have always been great but today an employee named Austin stuck out to me because he was exceptionally nice and helpful! unlike every other store I went in to, he greeted me, introduced himself and let me know about things going on in the store and made my experience that much better!”
