At the location everyone was polite and inviting.. Wesley helped me out as much as he could.. BUT.. It's sad that they are NOT allowed to handle the small matter I was dealing with!? ?

If you can not afford a lawyer you can not afford xfinity because they will charge you wrongly and not fix it.
Poor products and poor service. Canceled service a month ago due to defective phone they sold us.
On the phone they promised to credit us a month since the defective phone was there fault. A month later that was a lie and I've been charged again.
I'll be in later in person hope yall are ready to fix this.
Will never use xfinity service again regardless of area. Don't waste your time here.
UPDATE: customer service did contact me far from resolving the issue. They came up with additional imaginary things to charge me for. If you do business with them get ready to hire a lawyer if they charge you wrongly because they won't fix it.

Only reason it's getting 2 stars is download speed.
Everything else about this company is dogwater and I mean EVERYTHING Goodluck getting in touch with a real person, takes forever and you have to deal with the machine first. Secondly, the throttling, oh my the throttling. It's so horrible. Honestly I had a better experience with max south, because at least when the internet went out, they had a 24/7 support center, unlike this company....

Xfinity/comcast debuts your acct then 1 yr later doubles! Then doubles again the next month! This is highway robbery! Go to another source! AT&T internet will let you pay w/out debiting your acct if willing to pay up front. If Tombigbee fiber available, take it! Cheapest at $40 a month!

HORRIBLE. Don’t even do it to yourself. The worst service I’ve received, their staff is absolutely no help at all. When you finally get past the hours of recordings and get to talk to a rep, you might as well not try and save yourself the trouble. “Customer service” doesn’t exist.The WiFi works when it wants to, but you’ll get the same bill every month.Our wifi decided to randomly quit for good and we have been calling everyday for 3 WEEKS to get it fixed. It’s still not fixed, and we work from home. I’ll never use Xfinity again.
