Extremely disrespectful and wreckless driver. Blocked me from yielding right with my horse trailer. Applied jake brakes for no reason. When I finally passed him safely he flew in the left lane and blasted his horn at me for no reason while I drove the speed limit in the right lane. Proceeded to swerve through traffic at 80mph. Plate number 1171581.
