I just want to say how impressed I am with the service I received from Jones Towing. From the moment I called, they were professional, courteous, and incredibly helpful. I was in a stressful situation with my car, but they made the entire process so much easier.
They arrived much faster than I expected, within 30 minutes of my call and handled everything quickly and efficiently. The driver was polite, knowledgeable, and took great care with my vehicle. It’s not every day you come across a company that’s both fast and dependable, but Jones Towing truly delivered.

Jacks on our 5th wheel camper came down and would not go back up. We were At Buc-ees in Robertsviille MS and at 12 midnight he helps us remove our front landing gear to be fixed later at final destination. Awesome people .

I chose Jones Towing because of the great reviews, and I’m glad I did! We had a difficult towing job with a large and expensive vehicle, in a very small parking garage. You can tell they are professionals because they got the job done! Kelly was very nice and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

If I could give Jones Towing more than 5 stars, I would! Lowell drove over an hour away to tow our car to the car dealership. He was super nice and made us feel comfortable and went above and beyond for us. We highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a reliable towing company.

Omg, today was a very stressful day, but thanks to Jones Towing they came to the rescue like marvel superheroes! Especially Lowell, he was so professional and the communication was outstanding! Jones Towing was assigned to take care of my Battery issues in my motorhome, by AAA. Gator was my Tech, while Lowell coordinated from his office in Ocean Springs. They were personable, professional and on-time. I would recommend them to anyone who has towing or battery needs.

A driver, could have been the owner, stopped on his way to two other jobs to get my car back on the road after fishtailing following the Gulfcoast blizzard of 2025! I hadn't even called their business. He just showed up like an Angel and was as kind and compassionate as I would imagine one to be! I will always call on them in the future and encourage others to do so also!

My Van and I was stranded in Gulfport. Th tow truck Driver helped me out twice. He was the nicest, kindness driver I ever met. He stayed nice while working in the cold and made sure I was warm in his cab.

No other Towing company came to our aid except for Jones Towing! We waited 5 hours for other towing companies and Jones was the only one who was there for us. The owner came to our aid, gave us a lift and had excellent customer service! Thank you Jones Towing for being there when we needed you!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jones Towing to the Rescue!
I can’t say enough good things about Jones Towing! My car malfunctioned late in the day, leaving me stranded three hours from home. The first two towing services said I would have to wait until the morning for a tow. I was worried no one would be able to help, but Jones Towing came to the rescue! They arrived in about 30 minutes, which was incredibly fast, and their team knew exactly how to handle my AWD vehicle. They were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, making a stressful situation so much easier to deal with.
Not only did they get me and my vehicle home in record time, but their service and care were exceptional. I highly recommend Jones Towing to anyone in need of reliable, fast, and friendly service, especially in a pinch! Thank you so much, Jones Towing!
