“What an awesome group of humans working here. All of the staff greeting my pup, and then they greeted me! The dog is the real customer, you know. They were amazing from the start! You can tell Dr. Galle and the staff care about their patients! They didn't dilly or dally. The exam began the moment we walked in the room. And the only waiting I did was the time it took my pups eyes to dialate. The exam was throughout and explained in terms I could understand. In the end, my pups eyes are not bad for his age, but we will keep checking them every year. This prognosis also tells me they are honest and not out to get a buck like every one else these days. These people still care about the patient more than their pockets. Great experience !”
