Norman has been my mechanic for over a decade. I absolutely refuse to let anyone else touch my vehicles. My last car was a 2017 Nissan Altima w the dreaded cvt transmission. I listened to him and brought it to him for service on schedule like he said and I got 272K miles out of that transmission!! I got 373K miles out of the car when some kid t-boned me n totaled it. The car still ran like brand new without a light on the dash. It didn't even smoke or use oil. I drive all the way from Gulfport for his services and my Son drives all the way from Slidell. His prices are fair and he is always willing to work with you. Norman is a pillar of the Vancleave community and is an amazing person with an awesome business!

Mr.Williams and his staff at Williams Car Care Center is AWESOME!!! I absolutely refuse to let anyone else come near my car. I brought my 17' Nissan Altima to the Nissan dealership just months after I bought it cause it was making a funny noise. They tried telling me it was the transmission about to go out and my warranty was already no good so I should just trade it in on the new model. Thank god I took it to Norman and got a 2nd opinion. It was just a kink in the power steering hose! Last summer my ac went out. He repaired it. Two weeks later it went out again. Norman looked into it and apparently the parts company sent him a bad compressor so he got on the phone and got me a way more expensive one with a better warranty and worked on a Saturday to get it repaired. His prices are extremely affordable especially with me being a single woman with kids. He is compassionate and will go out his way to help anyone. Also you can trust him not to lie to you or overcharge you for things you don't need. Other mechanic shops could learn a thing or two from Mr. Norman Williams!! Totally worth the drive! I come all the way from Gulfport to Vancleave to get everything from oil changes to tire rotations to getting my transmission serviced to ordering new tires. They do it all! Honestly cannot praise them enough!

Hmm. Lots broke down cars parked around this joint. Just wanted a quick check out. "Sure, bring it down, and we'll check it out," then later, "Oh, it'll be a few days just to look at it". Nope. Wrong answer.

I was visiting my home town and my truck wouldn’t start. It was hot outside and we tried to jump start it with no success. I called Norman Williams and he drove over to diagnose the problem. He went above and beyond to make sure the problem was fixed, he went and picked up a set of batteries and installed them.
