I took my almost 3 year old son today to get my son a touch up. I asked for a trim on top. cut the sides and leave the back alone and even said “kind of like a mullet” My son hates hair cuts so while the man started on his hair i was trying to console my screaming child. It was too late before i realized the man started shaving the BACK of my sons hair after i said like 3 times to leave the back alone and again even mentioned the word mullet. I told him multiple times don’t worry about it just trim the top. He cut my son’s hair way too short on the top after i said several times NOT TOO SHORT! He didn’t even blend it out. so it looks absolutely awful. I just had an awful experience because he just basically did what he wanted to do instead of listening to what i wanted. and then he charged my full price after he messed up! It was very frustrating and i’m very upset about it. I was very loudly venting about it while walking out and i hope he heard me. I will never be returning to this establishment.

Dion has great customer service and is very talented!! The staff made us feel welcome and my son left very very happy with his haircut!! Thank you so much 2000 & Beyond Salon!! We will be back! Highly recommend this place!

So i needed to get a haircut and yesterday was the only day i could get one and the places i would normally go to for some reason both decided to close early that day. Ik i am not the normal clientele of a place like this so i asked ahead of time do you know how to handle hair like mine and was reassured that they do. So i sat down and first the lady shaped my beard and got it looking nicer than i ever have, thus the 2 stars instead of 1. Then it came time for my hair that i have been growing out for about 2 years. I told her all i wanted was to have just the dead ends cut off and it thinned out. She looked so confused and was like what do you mean? What kind of barber has never heard of thinning someone's hair out. So i was like fine just cut the dead ends off..... instead she cuts a good 4-5 inches off my hair then charges me $40....... yea won't be going back.

Accidentally stumbled upon the best group of men!!! I took my son to just get a trim, and ended up having the best experience. My son loves his haircut and I felt just as welcomed there as my son did!Needless to say, our accidental visit ended up being a permanent residence for us. This will be our new spot!!!Thank yall for welcoming walk-ins!
