I called to get prices for some parts. I overheard the male staff negatively talking about me to another worker as I told him to hold on because I couldn’t think of my engine size. Normally I would know my info but my brain was cloudy due to being stressed from a family emergency. He was very unprofessional.Whether I was stressed or not, not knowing the engine size was an opportunity to “help” not discredit me. I hung up the phone and went to another Advance Auto in another city where they were very friendly and even helped me choose the parts and put them on. I don’t driving or even paying extra if that means QUALITY SERVICE!

I've been going here for years to pick up everything automotive related to clean, maintain and restore my vehicles for 20+ years. They have just about everything you need. I picked up a 2008 Dodge Charger SRT8 project about 2 weeks ago. And it is in need of a little work, mechanically. I ordered 8 NGK Ignition Coils and 16 NGK Spark plugs, for this Charger and picked them up the next. The process couldn't have been easier. This is definitely my first stop for my automotive needs.

I have had my cell phone number for 15 years. I have been coming in Halls Ferry road store in Vicksburg MS since this store was built. My experiences have been ok. However, the cashier pulled up someone else's account name attached to my cell number. I have spent good hard earned money there! And not one single perks award! I have the receipt but not the whole thing that I saw the cashier print out. I purchased 2 Fram antifreeze 50/50 @ $13.99 (advertised as a $3.00 rebate) I've purchased one before and received the entire receipt and received my $3.00 card via mail. Where's the rest of receipt and where is my speed perks??? Obviously, the other person has all my rewards and I am not happy! I will be calling the store manager or be there in person on Monday morning!

5 Stars!I went in, and an Advanced Auto Parts Representative named Dave spoke with me about the issue I was having.There was another Advanced Auto Parts Representative, who also echoed the same solution to the problem I was encountering.Dave asked if he could take a look at my car outside.After looking at my car, he confirmed what I needed to purchase to fix the problem, and how to use it.He really went at great lengths to help me and I am sincerely thankful!

My father purchased a crate motor for my 2001 F150 in 2018 from the store on Halls Ferry Rd in Vicksburg, MS. The motor is defective, has been since it was purchased, and the Advance Auto employees in the store insisted that my father did NOT purchase the motor, or anything else from them. My father has spent THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS of dollars with this company over the years! The employee told my father that their computer system crashed 3 months ago, and that they lost ALL records for a lot of customers and are unable to retrieve them, and as such are not responsible for any warrantys that were purchased by the customer because of an error BY THEM. So from what I understand, my father spent money to pay for lifetime warranties on multiple parts, INCLUDING A $3,400 CRATE MOTOR, and this company does not plan to honor any of them. In addition to this, the store employees were extremely rude when explaining this, even threatening to call the police on my father because they did not want to talk to him any further to try and fix the problem.Will NEVER be spending money at this store, or any other branch of this company again.
