I felt like a southern belle. Loved the history of the house, the decor, the views, and access to all parts of the house and property. Nice restaurant and bar on site.

This place is wonderful! We stayed in the cabana room, which was beautiful. It was nice to step out the door and have the pool right there. Tonya and the rest of the staff were amazing! They made us feel at home from the minute we arrived. We loved it so much, we stayed an extra night. This is a beautiful peaceful property, and I recommend it to anyone!

The house if full of the nostalgia of the past while providing all the comforts of the present. The host, Latonya Brown, gave a very educational tour of the home. Her love for her city and the home poured through her presentation.
Breakfast and dinner were fantastic. The pork tenderloin and the catfish were exceptional.
We stayed in Grant’s room. It was spacious and full of history. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great.
We will stay again next time we return to Vicksburg.

Wonderful people and beautiful house. The staff were fabulous and could not do enough for us. I must thank miss Tonya and her son Jay for helping make it a memorable experience. Rooms beautiful and food delicious. Highly recommend this place. My favourite by far x

Party of 6 from Scotland, Dawn, Anthony and Tonya made us most welcome. Delighted to have stayed at such a historic antebellum property. Top marks all round.

I really enjoyed my stay and would stay again. The only issue is that two rooms share the same thermostats what if the other party likes to set their room temp really cold to, say, 68F? It didn’t happen to us but I saw the potential.

We stayed at Cedar Grove for 2 nights during the Miss Mississippi pageant. Room, service, breakfast, restaurant, hospitality was the BEST! This is my second time staying here & we are already planning to come back next year. We ate at the restaurant both nights before the pageant & food/drinks were ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!

Just had an amazing dinner at Cedar Grove tonight. The short ribs were perfect and our bartender; Anthony was above and beyond! Will be back soon! You’ve got to love Kendra and Dr. Reed who made it all happen

Awesome place. Special, unique, 19th century atmosphere. Clean. Modern bathroom. Great service. Relatively close to downtown Vicksburg.

Wonderful stay at the Inn at Cedar Grove. Still completing the renovation, but definitely a jewel in the heart of Vicksburg Garden District. Would recommend visiting Kendra and her great staff anytime you are in the area. We will be back.

We booked the for a weekend getaway and was more than satisfied. We arrived later than check in but Kristin went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed to get in. She even went to the parking lot and videoed our pathway. When we arrived this was very helpful as we followed the video straight to our room.
As nice and quiet as the place is the Owner and staff made it memorable for me and my wife and we will definitely be back. The Grant Suite was everything we hoped it would be.
The Chandelier Restaurant had the best food we ate in Vicksburg. Dawn, our server, is an absolute rockstar. If you eat there try the short ribs with the cheesy grits you will thank me later. One of the best meals we ever ate.
Thanks to the owner and incredible staff for making mine and my wife’s weekend so relaxing and memorable.

When we travel through MS we love staying at the Inn. Been staying here since about 1990. Never been disappointed.
We had dinner in the restraunt and it was delicious. Breakfast the next morning was very good. A good Ole southern breakfast.

What a jewel of elegance and charm of the Old South! A real step back into class and history at such a wonderful price. And the food and drinks were succulent! Came from South Carolina, and will return!

My husband and I had dinner at this beautiful, historic Inn. The food was spectacular! Probably the best crab cakes we have ever eaten! The bread pudding was also, the best ever! The roasted pork tenderloin was cooked perfectly, but a little spicey. Anthony our bar tender was so kind and helpful and I'm sure a great asset to this establishment. We met several great people. One man, a local resident, named George, even gave us some historical details of this great home. We will stay at Cedar Grove when my husband retires this fall. We can hardly wait to come back!
