“My husband and I were trying to get trailer lights to work, out in the parking lot, six hours from home on a 100 degree day. We were clueless. A nice young man (employee) named Marvin took his lunch time and more to help us. He never quit until he had us safely on the road. “On my way to vicksburg, my car started missing went here and a gentleman put the diagnostic test on the car and .had me the parts and tools to fix it right then the only thing that went wrong this day was it was about 107 degrees outside”

They gave me what I asked for , no questions asked, didn’t try upselling ,and didn’t try talking me into services I don’t need !!! I loved that ! Not overly friendly but perfectly friendly . “I'm a tow truck driver and drop vehicle off at many different body shops. And this one was one of the better. They were very friendly, professional and personal. They were polite with my whole experience of dropping off the vehicle and didn't get aggravated with me when I didn't have much information to give them about the customer. Usually at other shops when I don't have much info they become very rude. But because they didn't do that here I went out of my way to get more information for them. A good example of kindness goes a long way. Will definitely be recommending thwm to customers who need a body shop”

“I've been going here for years to pick up everything automotive related to clean, maintain and restore my vehicles for 20+ years. They have just about everything you need. I picked up a 2008 Dodge Charger SRT8 project about 2 weeks ago. And it is in need of a little work, mechanically. I ordered 8 NGK Ignition Coils and 16 NGK Spark plugs, for this Charger and picked them up the next. The process couldn't have been easier. This is definitely my first stop for my automotive needs.”
