Arm charges $5/transaction. I needed money to tip hotel staff. Asked for $100 and the ATM gave a hundred dollar bill. Useless. Made a second withdrawal for $20 and they charged another $5/ transaction. A 25% atm fee should be criminal.

Omg this bank drive thru line moves once every 20 minutes. So sad. I would not bank with these ppl if they were the last bank on earth. I brought my aunt and we didn’t move in the line to 20 mins. She’s elderly and she had to walk inside. So sad. They gotta do better bc this is pathetic
