The room was clean and it was a full breakfast including meat. Plenty of parking for vehicles and boats and trailers. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

To me this place is a gem, its almost a time capsule of how motels used to be inside from my youth, but very well taken care of and clean, staff has always been helpful and a pretty good view being perched up on the hill

This was the absolute worse place to stay. Trina was rude and very unprofessional when she hung up on me. I will never stay at a Best Western again - sleeping in my car would be better.

My stay was ok, just had a problem checking out. Desk clerk was on phone and would not talk to me til she finished the call. 30 minutes later, I just left. She said she could not stop the call long enough to get me a copy of my bill. Needless to say, I will not be there again.

Trina Brown told me I didn't reserve handicapped accessible room. I showed her the paperwork proving I did. She said you may have reserved one, but it didn't come through. I have reserved accessible rooms for the last 18 years. I guess Ms. Brown thought since I'm a Vietnam veteran that I must be as dumb and out of it as Joe Biden. The paperwork I received is the same as the hotel receives. Being told in so many words that I don't know what I'm talking about is not something I will ever abide as a customer. Thanks to Ms. Brown, I went to the Quality Inn and got my accessible room. Saved $20 and Quality Inn had another guest.

Staying at this place wasn't a good experience. We arrived early (at around 12:45pm). The manager didn't even bother to check if there was a room available at this time and told us to come back after 2pm. So we left and came back at around 3pm. When we saw our room we were very disappointed or almost a little shocked. It barely had any sunlight. So I went to ask if we can have a different room. The manager said in a not very nice tone that they are almost sold out. The way she talked to me was a bit rude. I don't understand why she could't give us a room with sunlight and give our room to someone who arrives late at night when sunlight is no longer important.
I felt very uncomfortable in the room. Also it was not clean.
The breakfast was ok, but the one staff member yelled at me because I didn't turn the waffle iron and it kept beeping. About 10 minutes before breakfast ended, 4-5 staff members came to grab food and it got very loud and uncomfortable.
The only smile we got during this whole stay was from the lady who was at the reception on April 26th at 10am when we checked out.
I would not book this hotel again. We didn't feel welcome and there was absolutely no effort in making us feel comfortable.

I had a very concerning experience at this hotel – I was rushed out despite medical needs and the GM even involved local police without justification. This was incredibly distressing and not the level of care I expect from a Westin/Marriott property.
