There is a huge cockroch in my bathroom. Itrapped it under a glass on the floor, then I told the front desk, so they could remove the nasty thing. They never did.

Everyone here was great. Miss Allison is a great leader who leads my setting the bar high when it comes to delivering excellent customer service. Her interaction, and recommendations was on point. I really appreciate all she did to make my team and I have a comfortable stay. Great work. We'll be back.

Woke up to find this giant bug crawling around on the floor. I think it's a roach! He crawled into the TV cabinet before I could do anything about it.

Smelled like natural gas outside and in the lobby area. I reported this to the front desk and I still smelled it the next morning. Our room also smelled like cooked food. No free breakfast. Wish we had stayed at the nearby Holiday Inn Express.

Had a wonderful stay, rooms were cozy, slept like a feather on the most comfortable beds. Staff was amazing, and very informative on where to eat in the area. Will most definitely stay here again when I am in the area.

Was in town for an event, our stay was amazing and the staff was pleasant!
Our room/bathroom was clean and they also have a little market downstairs for snacks and drinks.
Will stay again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Candlewood Suites, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the friendly front desk staff made me feel welcomed and appreciated. The lobby was clean and inviting, setting the tone for a great stay.
I highly recommend it and look forward to my next visit!

I had a wonderful stay at Candlewood Suites Vicksburg. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, which made a great first impression. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything I needed. The price was very reasonable for the quality of service and accommodations provided. It was a very peaceful and relaxing stay—I truly enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. I would definitely go again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The pluses - Rooms smelled nice and were extremely clean. The negatives would cause me not to stay here again and included:
Starting at before 8 am the staff seemed to congregate outside our room before starting their shift and visit with loud laughing and conversation loud enough we could hear the details. Then started the hammering - evidently there is some remodeling or construction going on and we seemed to be right next to the hammering. The carts banging into the walls as the staff began their duties. the kicker was at 0930 the maintenance person came knocking on the door insisting he needed to check the air conditioning which was working fine - so we had to get up, get dressed but then he was gone and didn't come back. Hotel was nice but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
