We just went through a horrible experience with a local place, so we ventured out to Cannon of Vicksburg.We are SUPER impressed with this team! Everyone from the moment we walked in was very friendly, and Zak and Eric were able to get us in a new ride that not only suited our budget but that we actually like! We originally had something totally different in mind, but still ended up leaving beyond satisfied!Thank y'all so much, y'all now have two more lifelong customers!

Cannon dealership has the best salesmen. Shawn Bradley was so friendly and helpful when I drove up in the parking lot. I told him what I wanted but they didn't have the color. On October 6th, I purchased a 2024 Toyota Tundra, and this was the best sales experience I have encountered. First, they had the exact truck wanted at the price I needed. To the forefront, I was never pressured to buy from them. I looked at other dealerships in Jackson, and that was a nightmare. The dealerships in Jackson proved to be more than a thorn in my side by calling me and attempting to coerce into something I didn’t want. This was not the case with Cannon Toyota. Each of the sales staff was super friendly. First, I need to thank Ms. Kelsey, my salesperson, for her understanding my needs, and being highly professional. Secondly, Mr. Kevin Mattice, the Sales Manager, will help wherever he can. Mr. Mattice, isn’t afraid to get in the trenches with the customer to ensure the customer that they matter. Lastly, Mrs. Lacey Watson, the finance consultant, addressed the details of the payment precisely. Just as the next person, I had to the opportunity to buy from any Toyota dealership, and I am so thankful that I drove to Cannon Toyota for their business. Thank you, Kelsey, Kevin, and Lacey!!!! So, please, when you are considering buying a Toyota, drive to Vicksburg, and give Cannon Toyota a chance to earn your business.

First time car buyers and this dealership made it so simple and not scary! We were three hours away, so we agreed on a price and interest rate over the phone, then came in to pick it up. It was ready, washed, and we were out the door within an hour after signing paperwork. We worked with Dawn and she was so kind and helpful. We got a great discount on a brand new car. Very pleased!

My recent buying experience with Cannon Honda was TOP NOTCH! Undoubtedly the easiest and most pain free auto transaction I’ve EVER made! When I thought I couldn’t get the automobile that I originally wanted, Doug and Will made it happen! I can honestly say that Doug and Will are two of the most down to earth guys I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I’m a new customer at Cannon. I previously had some auto work done at another dealership and my experience was horrible. I was referred by a friend to go to Cannon and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. The staff are so friendly and humorous. They are knowledgeable and helpful in the utmost way. They value you as an individual and a customer. They strive to provide you with the best service as possible and no problem is too big for them. Mrs. Heatherly, the receptionist is such a sweetheart and she helped with getting my issues fixed with my truck and in a timely manner. She called to let me know every move when it came to my truck being fixed and she was always so nice. I will be doing business with them from now on because Cannon is excellent. I would recommend them everyone without a doubt. Stop by and tell them Damita sent you and I promised you won’t be disappointed.

Went in to see about updating software for my fairly old car. I didn't expect much, and knew they would charge exorbitantly, but figured it might be worth it if it worked. My plastic skid plate is hanging off and the woman there said they would fix that too. I thought that sounded fine; the software update couldn't take more than 15 minutes and the skid plate is a 5 minute afair. Anyway, 2 hours later, after the techs had a good time joking about and running up the clock, i got the car back with no software update (again, i didn't expect much on that front) and my skid plate still hanging off, with a total of $160 charged. So I hope the techs had a grand time socializing and hanging out on my dime.

Worst experience with a dealership I could’ve ever imagined as a single mother and a first time car buyer! Purchased a 2017 Ford Escape in Feb of 2022 and gave it to this dealership September 21st 2022 because it was already having issues. Luckily I purchased an extended warranty, and it covered all the issues that I didn’t know the vehicle had! They spent over $14,000 of the extended warranty company’s money fixing this vehicle. Replacing the motors main components and eventually the entire motor. Fixed the air conditioner. Replaced the turbo. Replaced the battery. Fixed the active grill shutter and who knows what else. It took me untik May 10th to get my vehicle back in proper working order! But after they’re done with you they’re done… they stop being nice and friendly and helpful. Billy and Clay Crozier have the worst customer service skills and attitudes I’ve ever had. I even at one point during this experience had Billy Crozier offer me a 2016 Honda that had 25,000 more miles on it than the car I purchased! So I asked for the price range of that vehicle and began looking for one on their lots in a similar price range and hopefully better mileage. When I began doing that, Billy was no longer willing to help me with that!!!!! After receiving my car back after repairs were finished, I’ve asked Clay numerous times for my paper work for any new parts put into my vehicle that may have warranties as well as itemized receipts for the work done to my vehicle! And he responded with “I’ll get it to ya in about 2 weeks!” I also was promised an extension of my warranty for the length of time they had my vehicle by Brady one of the other departments managers at the dealership and mentioned it to Clay after receiving my vehicle back and he “had no knowledge of this”. Do not go here unless you want over half a year of your life wasted and a an awful customer experience as a first time buyer!
