“Stopped by just to get a few items. Usually I stop at the Dollar General down the street for quick purchases. Let me say this, I was impressed that the store was neat, shelves were all stocked, and I had no problem pushing a cart down the aisles. And the cashier was friendly, respectful, and had a smile on her face. I know that doesn't seem like a big deal, but it is. I will continue to give you my business. Whoever the manager is, needs a raise. And the emoployee who was working January 13 at about 10am. She needs a raise to. She was so nice and she genuinely acted as if she enjoyed her job.”
“The store is in a very convenient location and has a variety of items to choose from. I can grab almost everything I need in a quick amount of time and save myself the time and effort of walking around Walmart. The only disadvantage is that some items can cost more than Walmart items, but the convenience is worth it.”
“They usually have what I need and I can get in and out without things holding me up. Staff is friendly enough and the aisles don't seem to be cluttered with boxes all the time like they used to be.”

“Staff are so helpful. They would help my son shop. Thankful for them this past 5 yrs when we needed help. Now I can shop on line and pickup. Still see our baby boomers crippling in store may not know they can pickup by ordering online. My son and I had list, go early or the manager did shopping list and check him out. “Costumer service was great I stopped on my way to work now long lines. The only problem was when I was trying to leave to get to work a dollar store truck pulled up and decided he would block every body in saw me trying to back up got out of his truck as if he did not here me blowing for him to let me out looked at me before he got out of his truck and proceed to go on in the store. I had to stop him and let him know I have to go to work. There was space in the parking behind the parking in front of the store were the customers park he could have pulled his big Dollar store truck in and not blocked anyone.”
“So Vicksburg,MS had a series of storms/tornadoes and after a very long power outage and most of the bad stuff has passed, my family went to get candles. After visiting Dollar General on clay”
“This has to be the cleanest DG I have ever visited, the inside of the store was immaculate, I've never been in a DG like this and the young lady at the cash register ( Whitney) was very professional her attire was nice and neat so overall I give this DG an A+”

“The people who worked in the store are very friendly the store needs help it just doesn't have what all the other remodeled stores have .it makes it seem as its not clean but that's not the case it's just old and stained. Great people.”

“Store is always clean and organized the staff is very friendly and helpful. The only thing that I can see is the evening staffing needs to be boosted up between 5pm-7pm so the customer doesn't have to wait so long.”
“I entered here to take advantage of a sale of fleece blankets. These are great to give as donations to local animal shelters to keep the animals warm in cool weather. The blankets are great quality. The Dollar Store I frequent is in Temple, Texas.”

“Two employees (both young and polite gentleman) seen the lines were filling up from a rush, all the way down the isle, and was quick to run it down to nothing I was at the back with one item - and they took care of business and happy to do so.. im also a business owner, and employees like them should be rewarded some how. I do not know them I was just passing through traveling. God bless.”
