  I called on Monday and set up an appointment for Wednesday at 8 am. Dropped my truck off at 6:20 in the morning. I used the drop box and filled out what i needed done I called around 11:00 am to get an update on my truck and was told they would check and call me back. I arrived at the service department at 3 pm to see my truck hadn't moved from where I parked it. I asked why my truck hadn't moved since I had an appointment. I was in formed it was only a drop off time not an appointment. The service writer couldn't find my ticket in the system because they never checked their drop box and t had never gotten my key. Very poor management of the service department.

  They advertise on Facebook and have it setup only positive comments come through. They only allow positive reviews to be posted. The management team at this location is awful. I don't recommend this dealership. Email me at [email protected] and I can give you an earful why not to buy.

  We had a nail in our Ford F-150 when traveling to Texas and they repaired tire quickly. Excellent customer service.

  As the sign says "Kirk Can" --he did! Had a large car payment due to unfortunate financial circumstances years ago. I contacted Jessie "Dolove" Wilson and explained my situation. He said come in. My husband and I got there and He walked outside ready to open the door for us. From that moment on, what a professional, courteous &honest salesman! Appraisal done, he met with Finance guys (also great) and got us what we needed! to make our situation better! Great experience & honesty!
