I called in the day before an went in first to shop. I saw a line at the pharmacy but people were also serving the drive through. I checked out my groceries and went to the drive through at 6:00, they were open til 8:00. When I got to the drive through it said they were closed. I called the pharmacy and they said they had to close the drive through because they were short staffedI have disabilities and I was not about to go and find another parking spot to walk back to the store and back to the pharmacy to wait in that line and have to walk out to the parking lot again. They didn't care a bit and were rude just saying the drive through was closed. I am very unhappy with the quality of service and lack thereof. Kroger sucks.

If I could give this place less than on star, I absolutely would. The first problem was when I tried to fill my insulin prescription there. I was told through the automated system that my prescription was ready. I went to the store waited for an hour only to be told that it was unavailable and to come back tomorrow. I waited two days and sent my husband up there and was whom was told that it was still not available and he asked to speak with management and some how my insulin magical appeared and my prescription was ready. During this time I tried to have my prescription transferred to another pharmacy and was told by that pharmacy that Kroger would have to call them. Kroger has given ever excuse all but refusing to call the other pharmacy. Today I attempted to transfer the prescription again and asked to speak to the pharmacy manger after getting nowhere. When asking if they were the manger for today she replied with I’m the manger for forever. The amount of being rude and unhelpful is appalling. I’ve used this pharmacy for 13years and in the last two years it has become an absolute horrible show.

Never enough cashiers, please hire more people. This is the only grocery store we go to in town but it is one of the worst stocked Krogers I have ever been to and while the people that work here are awesome, there aren't enough employees, no one answers the phones. (This review is not for the pharmacy which is the absolute worst and I would give negative stars if possible).

This place used to be operated differently. You can tell management has changed in recent years, and the burnout from covid seems to have been met with poor work standards. The results are bad customer service. This used to be convenient while shopping. Now it is so inconvenient even for just picking up routine scripts. Get it together Kroger management.

If I could give it less than one star I would, but to leave a review, you have to give them a rating. This is the worst pharmacy ever. They never have anything ready when they say it will be. Sometimes they don't even bother to fill it at all. If you call, you are lucky if you can get someone to actually help you. They will probably just hang up on you. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy if you need your medication to live. You will more than likely have to wait 3 days at least to get it.

This place is a joke, everyone needs to be fired.I call medicine in at 9 o'clock in the morning and I'm told it will be ready at 12. When I get down there, no record of my meds in the system. It cost about 20 in gas in my truck to get to Kroger and back home from my house in flowers and that's the third time it's happened.

Kroger Pharmacy has continued to go downhill. Prescriptions are never ready when their app or employees say they will be. I have stood in line or waited in line at the drive through only to be told prescriptions are not ready. Even if you are given a time to come back the prescription may or may not be ready when you come back. Many times they have had the prescription or refill order at least a day before. I would blame it on the pandemic but other pharmacies my family uses aren't having the same problem. I have put up with this for a year so it's time to change pharmacies.

My father just got out of the hospital and was prescribed 2 medications. We went to the pharmacy to get them filled and were told to check back tomorrow afternoon he insisted she then said check back after 11:00 they may be filled. My husband explained he had just gotten out of the hospital and she again said check tomorrow. She was rude and provided no explanation as to why it couldn’t be filled today. The website that says have your medicine filled while you shop is false. Vicksburg Kroger Pharmacy needs to do a better job especially for our senior population.

Hello - I have shopped at the Kroger almost 18 years. I have significant concerns over the ordering and stocking at the Vicksburg Kroger. Most of the store shelves are empty of every day items whether it is grocery, health and beauty, animals supplies, houseware etc. it is so bad - I stopped trying to go and I drive over to Clinton, Ms Kroger which has all those items routinely in stock. The Vicksburg Ms/Warren County community consists of folks that want the best and give their best. The Vicksburg Kroger does NOT seem to reflect this mindset. When other nearby Krogers are better in terms of stocking, cleanliness, and organization .. this seems like a local problem that can be resolved! I hope this message helps promote improvement to the Kroger - it is desperately needed!!

Used to be great and convenient but has become terrible to the point I’ve often given up on trying to get medicine because I don’t have hours of time for multiple trips to get the same prescription.

Was not able to get a Covid19 booster. They claimed my insurance card date of birth was not correct.I called my insurance company and they assured me that they had my correct date of birth. When the insurance company attempted to call them they would not answer the phone.I went to Walgreens and was in and out in 15 minutes without an appointment.
