Darin at Uhaul is by far the best Customer Service Rep in town. I was in sudden need of a trailer and they were about to close, Darin and the young lady (didn't get her name) stayed a little past closing to fully assist me with my needs. My time with my rental went over the initial contract period and Darin assured me that all was good and that we would work out the difference when I returned the equipment. While returning the equipment, Darin, whom is very familiar with my story and needs, knocked off a few $$ because times are hard for us all in some type of way. With that being said, this was my 2nd time using this company and I have 0 complaints. The staff is always friendly and they get you in and out. Thanks again you guys, you really saved me during this last minute move. Hope to do business with you soon, but not too soon, lol. And I will most definitely refer others.

Darin is an angel in human form. I flew in from Arizona on a Friday afternoon, after my reservation with a different truck rental company fell through I called Uhaul and was told Phoenix Auto Sales had a truck in the size I needed but I had to be there before 4:30pm to pick it up, it was 3:45 and I was in Jackson waiting on a ride coming from Vicksburg. I called Phoenix Auto Sales directly and explained my situation, and need to be loaded and on the road back to Arizona that night. Without hesitation Darin held a truck for me and offered to stay late for me to get there. Initially I was told there were no available car haulers, but by the time we arrived one had been returned earlier than scheduled and I was able to get the car hauler as well. When we arrived home with truck and trailer we discovered the lights on the trailer weren't working. I called Darin and again without hesitation, and two hours after closing time he told me to bring it back to the shop and they would get it fixed. Thanks to Darin and Phoenix Auto Sales I was able to get my family and my home moved to Arizona, Phoenix coincidentally, on schedule.

I called 2 weeks in advance to reserve a U-Haul, and, apparently, after checking in with U-Haul 48 hours before our reservation date, the reservation was never made. I’m assuming it was written on a post-it.I paid beforehand through U-Haul, and upon arrival to pick up the trailer, they claimed the trailer hadn’t been paid for, and that we had actually reserved a truck for pick up. All of this nonsense when we had the reservation number as well as proof of payment.I was advised to take my business elsewhere prior to our reservation, but I wanted to spend money locally if possible. This is one of the most unprofessional businesses I have ever worked with. Drive the extra hour and pick up from Delhi, LA or Jackson, MS.

Reserved a uhaul for this morning to move into our new house. We have to be out of the apartment this weekend. Showed up and they gave the uhaul away “to someone that needed it”. Now we have to find someone with a trailer to move all of our stuff. Very unprofessional and idiotic.

10 out of 10 customer service. Mr. Richard was more than helpful and went above and beyond to meet every need I had. And they have cars that are affordable for anyone looking for a nice ride. They will definitely have my business from this day forward.

The man Richard Moore is so kind. Had problems with my card not going through and was having a bad day he stayed there past closing and helped me out. Made coffee and offered us something to drink and stayed there til we got the u haul we needed. Now that's customer service.

Awesome hassle free service with a great friendly staff willing to go that extra mile for those in need and to make things right. Love the new location at 484 hwy. 80 in Vicksburg, MS. Plenty of space to manuver your vehicle and s "great" car wash on Saturdays, from 10 A. M. to 2 P. M. ! Best 20 bucks I ever spent. Check' em out.

To the gentleman now calling himself bill register , that isn't the name you gave me at the time. The after hours call on my non published cell was extremely odd. Then when I'm financing your deal and you've lived here two months, tried to use a blank title page as a verification of residence , had no local references, didn't include references with addresses or phone numbers , so I couldn't verify anything and was given less then 13 hours to have you in car. Then was told a few false things and did have everything worked out the following afternoon, but had a busy day with other customers. We called you as quick as we could and I have no regrets not having your business . As far as doing business with the public, I do on a daily basis and have done business with Vicksburg residents for over 30 years . If your in a rush, haven't lived here long, have no roots here and on top of that want to omit a few details, then don't attempt to purchase a car from my dealership .

I could go into a long drawn-out explanation on this but there's really no sense. Wednesday Thursday afternoon Affinity Auto Sales after hours. Went through 30 minutes of how I got his phone number and how do I know him and other ridiculous stuff that has nothing to do with selling someone a vehicle. He finally tells me well I have one vehicle that I can sell you and it's a great one. I'm going to need a thousand down payments for the next year and a half. I am glad to accept his terms. They seem very reasonable to me. I'm even very appreciative. So long story short we stay up till midnight but when she finally tells me I'm not going to do the deal tonight and you just going to have to do the bill in the morning. This now means that I have now lost another day of court if we can't get the vehicle done in a timely manner the next day. This is money that I need to eat. This is money that I need to pay back the loan with. This is the money that I need to pay for gas to drive back and forth to work. The next day I wake up at 6 in the morning to find a text message that says I'm going to try to be up at 4:30 or 5 and I'll get this done for you so that you can get to work early. I immediately start texting him just see if he's awake and working on the deal. At 10:30 in the morning I get a text I just woke up I'm working on the deal. At almost 12 o'clock I text and ask what's going on in are we going to get this closed today? His response was I sent a person to Jackson to get a key cut and program it. At 6 in the afternoon I got a phone call from his office manager. And the manager starts out with what your references don't have two phone numbers. I just went ahead and stop the feeling I went ahead and told him that that was not true that every reference that I have sent had a phone number. I went ahead and informed him that I had already purchased another vehicle and that I would no longer be needing this gentleman's vehicle. The jest of the story is the gentleman explained to me that he typically works with the same families over and over. Maybe that is where that the problem lies. And I am all for working with the same people over and over again. But if that's true then don't advertise and don't have a storefront because if you do do people are going to try to do business with you at some point. I tried doing business with this gentleman and was not able to do business in a timely manner.
