Called at 6:10 for a pedicure as I was passing thru town, I asked if they could accommodate me and they said yes of course !! Got a Deluxe and it was SO GOOD!!! AAAAAAA+++

The nails were done extremely sloppy. She didn't fit the nails and when she used the acrylic power it wasn't smoothed out or blended correctly.

My nail popped of the next day , on another finger she applied the acrylic crooked and filed my real nail bed to make it look straight. On my thumbs and a few of the other nails the nail tips is completely lifted, so anything I get on my hands gets trapped between the acrylic and my natural nail, the lady getting her nails done beside me had an amazing set so I wouldnt doubt they have some good techs , however I did not get so lucky with the specific nail tech I got. I by no means expected them to be perfect , I didn't make an appointment and they did call someone from the back to get me seated as fast as they could, however leaving gaps for moister to be trapped, and nails lifting and popping of the next day is unacceptable. It was a waste of $45.

I normally have nothing bad to say BUT today was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. They didn't have the base color or this style, there are holes in some of my tips, I asked for a flower but the nice lady couldn't do it. Which is fine but don't act like you can. After about 3-4 failed attempts the polish changed the color of the base and instead of starting over they painted over it making the color look off and lumpy.
Requested style: I requested flowers.

For one they don’t know what they are doing when it comes to powder or solar nails. It’s for them to make the color not the customer. Second when the job is done completely incorrectly they won’t admit they did wrong nor they didn’t know how to do the technique. I will never go there again or recommend anyone to go there. no one should pay for services not done the correct way or not matching or for them not be knowledgeable.Services: Nail repair

I went in for a manicure. The nail tech was very rough and even cut my nails into the quick to point of bleeding. It’s been 48 hours and my fingers are so sore I can barely do anything with some of them. The polish isn’t completely covering my nails and looks trashy. I’ll never go back and do not recommend AT ALL.
