The associate I interacted with was quite rude and unwilling to help with my Amazon return. This was a clear case of racial discrimination because the same UPS associate went out of her way to help the customer after me who belonged to the same racial group. I understand that this country has a lot of grief particularly in the South but not all white men are bad. Please treat your customers with respect and provide assistance as needed. Very disapointing.

A year ago, my online order was lost. Both driver and best buy employees are ignoring the problem. But Eva was the only one who care. The problem was never fixed, but she cares. I just want to say "thank you, Eva. God bless you!

Deborah and Virgy gave me excellent service. From the beginning Deborah jumped right onto my binding request and bound my three manuals. The manuals look great. She was kind and courteous. Virgy helped me to translate a Chinese address to return some boots. This was going above and beyond as the return labor was incomplete and because of her i was able to make a quick decision not to pay $200 to return a $25 product to China. Ill be returning for more great service.

Super place to accomplish shipping needs; even an early start to the holidays.It was busy in here with other customers, yet, I was able to get in and get out quite swiftly.The customer service was exceptional! They attended to my needs, and were extremely professional and caring.I'll certainly be back when the need arises. Until then, I greatly appreciate The UPS Store and the exceptional service I received.

Worst experience ever. Tried to get form notarized. Employees couldn’t confirm via phone what could be notarized. Took for inside store. They refused to notarize it. Went to another UPS store...completed with no problem.

Worst experience ever. The associate over the phone was extremely rude. Talked down to me. Treated me in the worst manner possible as if I didn't know my phone number to find my tracking number. I would beg any consumer to drive the package to the destination themselves before having to come here. I would leave 0 stars if I could.

This day was one my worse experience ever at store. The customer service was just awful and the environment was not friendly at all. I came in and the young lady spoke to me I got to the window and this guy Randy was rude as hell. I spoke to him and he didn't speak back at all looked me in the eyes and walked off. That was very unprofessional and disrespectful as I'm highly offended they will not be getting my business anymore. I don't need that kind of treatment where I spend my money.
