The mechanic was thorough and found a serious issue that would have lead to disaster soon down the road, and unfortunately the repair costs were too time consuming and costly to do. After determining that I would junk the car, Zoe and others at the dealership helped us find a yard that would buy the Element. She then gave us a ride to an rental car place in Vicksburg so we could continue our trip home. The entire staff was helpful, the service professional and fast, greatly reducing the stress of having your car, go kaput. We are very grateful for their help and service.”
