I'm a tow truck driver and drop vehicle off at many different body shops. And this one was one of the better. They were very friendly, professional and personal. They were polite with my whole experience of dropping off the vehicle and didn't get aggravated with me when I didn't have much information to give them about the customer. Usually at other shops when I don't have much info they become very rude. But because they didn't do that here I went out of my way to get more information for them. A good example of kindness goes a long way. Will definitely be recommending thwm to customers who need a body shop

I was driving from New York to Dallas and needed a small work on the car because I could not do it myself. Went to Vicksburg Body Shop early morning and they took care of me well and fast, did not even charge me and said, "it's on me and enjoy the trip". Owner is a great person and very customer oriented and honest in dealings. Appreciate what you have done, and we will remember you in our thoughts. Super efficient and professional shop, had my hail damaged truck in and out from estimate to repair in only 3 days, didnt waste my time, extremely happy with the paintless dent repair quality, good as new !!!!! ????

Vicksburg Body Shop has great customer service. I was called whenever anything was done to my vehicle and kept up to date. They did an amazing job and my vehicle looks brand new. I highly recommend them.
