Had a problem with my insulin today 7/26/25, tried to explain the dosage they sent was not correct, the girl don’t know her name hung up on me . She was African American is all I know . Canceling all my prescriptions been using this cvs since they opened but not any more had problems in the past but this time they went a little too far by hanging up on me . Very rude pharmacist or helper what ever she was if they don’t like their job they should quit !!!!!!!

The store was scheduled to open at 9 AM, but it was still closed at 10 AM. Many customers were already waiting outside.

One Star for convenience and customer service!
The CVS drive thru in Walls MS has turned into an inconvenience. With wish washy policies that are not posted anywhere, it makes it hard to know what to expect next! One minute they take the state verified Mobile ID, the next they don’t. One minute they take Apple Pay in drive thru, next they don’t. Maybe I should say the young lady with braids doesn't! I'm guessing based on how she feels that day. (based on her service today, it was a $5itty day!)😂

Since your policies change month to month, let us know so we can be prepared!

Yes, change the policy to not allow your workers to be liable for other people's cell phones! But do add a card machine with tap that the worker can stick out the window! Oh and post a sign, so that those customers you care so much about won’t wait in line, just to have to come in.
Solution:
Retrain your workers on customer service. Such as if a policy has changed, offer an apology for the inconvenience!
I won’t be picking up anymore prescriptions here!

Cvs is the best . Outstanding customer service in store. Also easy to order and pickup in the store. I will highly recommend CVS to my friends and family. I'm a rewards member for life.

I gave this place 1 star because the hours say til 8pm on a Monday so why were the doors locked at 7:54pm? Disappointing.

This store is worthless. No one works here. When you do find an employee they can't help with anything. I tried to print photos and the machine wouldn't connect to my phone. The employee just says "I don't know what to do about that. "

This store has NO employees working! Stood at counter 30 minutes and one guy came out the back and ask if he could help and I told him what I needed and he went back in the employee and never return! The sad thing is the store had customers roaming around and I can surely see why they have financial issues!!!

The pharmacy is horrible. Anyone who has more than 2 prescriptions will likely have to make two trips to the store to get the meds. They will not fill two or more prescriptions for a person at the same time.

This used to be a great Pharmacy. I don't know what happened, but now it's awful. They hardly answer the phone their automated system stinks, and now my doctor called in a prescription, and this CVS said they're out of stock , 2 days after it was called in. Didn't let me know,when it eas called in. Go somewhere else
