This store is worthless. No one works here. When you do find an employee they can't help with anything. I tried to print photos and the machine wouldn't connect to my phone. The employee just says "I don't know what to do about that. "

This store has NO employees working! Stood at counter 30 minutes and one guy came out the back and ask if he could help and I told him what I needed and he went back in the employee and never return! The sad thing is the store had customers roaming around and I can surely see why they have financial issues!!!

The pharmacy is horrible. Anyone who has more than 2 prescriptions will likely have to make two trips to the store to get the meds. They will not fill two or more prescriptions for a person at the same time.

CVS is the comeback kid!! I could buy everything in CVS that I could buy in Dollar General: makeup, socks, shampoo, candy, and ice cream. It was actually comparable in price. Zero aisles were blocked, and they were all stocked.Also, a new self-pay system has been installed. It's great. You can scan your CVS card or enter a telephone number on the touch pad with your fingertips. It scans wells. You can pay with multiple ways with a card, cash, Zelle, (I forget)... I paid with cash, and the machine accepted the cash easily. The machine can email the receipt or print it (That's a nice change from the past).Another new change was being greeted by a very kind front manager.CVS has now become my neighborhood store!

We drove here 40 minutes each way as they were the only CVS showing vaccine availabilty for what we needed. When we came here we learned they were out of stock. Thanks for nothing

Very bad service they put too many excused and gave attitudes and did not accept boxes sent by ups and told me to leave starting with Hannah guy who has tattoos on her arms and a bald guy with glasses has told me they won't accepted due to them being overweight when they only weigh 30lbs.

This used to be a great Pharmacy. I don't know what happened, but now it's awful. They hardly answer the phone their automated system stinks, and now my doctor called in a prescription, and this CVS said they're out of stock , 2 days after it was called in. Didn't let me know,when it eas called in. Go somewhere else

Have you ever tried to call and get pharmacy on phone ?? Not going to happen… not to mention when they tell you it will be ready at noon and you have to make 2 more trips and it’s not ready til almost 7pm. Wish we could give them zero!

I had a 11:00 an appointment for covid testing. I arrived at the drive thru at 10:50. No one acknowledges me until 11:05. She asked for my drivers license and confirmation number. I gave both of them to the woman and she said it will take five or so minutes for me to get it ready. After five minutes she came back and said you gave me an invalid confirmation number. I said no this is it and showed it to her her on the phone She said there is nothing I can do. I know now why o don’t use cvs as my pharmacy. Slow and don’t know what they doing. I called to make a complaint and they won’t answer the phones. Your company and location is a joke. Get some qualified people working who know what to do to get the job done.
