The lady was very rude and did not want to help me and I ended up paying way more than I should have nor could i even afford what she did and she just tells me oh well nothing I can do when there was!! She could've told me there was a cheaper option and when I figured out on my own there was a cheaper option she laughs and said I should've paid attention to the cost on the screen when I did and even said that was too much but she just kept on going. I will go to oxford just to avoid coming in here. Get nicer people working for you and I might reconsider as this isn't the first time I've been treated poorly here.

Ashley at USPS in WATER VALLEY MS provided a terrible customer service experience this morning.
Somehow, my birth certificate was delivered as a “courtesy,” yet my passport was lost in the process. When I inquired about it, I was met with indifference and was essentially told that she “didn’t know” and that it was my fault. Her unprofessionalism and lack of accountability made an already frustrating situation even worse. With employees like her, I’ll be reconsidering my choice of courier in the future. If you dislike your job, it might be time to find another.

This has got to be the worst mail service in Mississippi. They don't deliver half your mail, your packages get left in the rain, some of our packages have been stolen or lost.

I've been expecting some very important mail for over a month now. When I called to see if my parcel of mail has been mailed out they said I should have received it by now then I have to get it reissued and I still haven't received the mail and they said it should have been here already and now I have to go to the post office because when I called the number listed it gives me an automated service and I can't talk to someone who is local in the office. This is absolutely ridiculous this is people's mail it is important for us to be able to get our mail in a timely fashion there should be no excuse for this type of work ethic. Absolutely unacceptable!

Companies wonder why sales are down, I got several orders time and time again that the USPS refuses to deliver on the weekends in my area. The sorry excuse is "Delivery attempted, but front door or driveway was not accessible" REALLY!!!! it's literally a straight drive with nothing there but my house. She just refused to get out and sit it on the porch plain and simple. The quality of service is declining all over the world in all lines of work but the business keep sitting back wondering what's wrong. There's no accountability for when people don't do their jobs anymore just makes everyone more lazy.

Failed to deliver a package multiple times because of 'weather delays.' Had other usps mail come in on those 'delayed' days, and when I showed up to pick my package up they acted like they couldnt find it or get it despite it being scanned multiple times for delivery. They choose to argue with you and make excuses instead of helping you.

Notification of missed delivery of certified letter was left in mailbox. Notice that no one was there to sign for it placed in mailboxwhen 2 people were at the address all day. Cameras show no one attempting to deliver the letter to the home. Lady at the counter was rude when asked why delivery was not attempted. Not the first time this has happened.

Have trouble with packages showing they were delivered that I do not get but I do tend to get other people's mail that I simply leave in my mail box to be pickedback up. Not my job to find who it belongs to. Very undepndable since our mail carrier was replaced. Definitely lost a good one.

I ship a lot of packages and print my own shipping labels, but the carrier never scans my packages when he/she picks them up. If it gets lost before it gets scanned, the insurance doesn't pay, because it was never scanned. This is a real headache, especially for international shipments. Sometimes I take packages to the post office, but they won't scan them there either. One time I asked the clerk to scan my package and give me a receipt and she said "we were told not to do that." It's funny, because I don't have any problem getting a receipt at Oxford. Also, my mail never gets held when I'm out of town. I fill out the forms and hand deliver them to the clerk. I always have a box full of mail before the resume date. One time I put a note in the mailbox that said "hold my mail" and they just piled the mail on top of it. Pure laziness!
