“I love my bank!! I have never been so helped by a bank. I had some one try to use my card at a gas station and it was stopped before the transaction even went through, and even though my card was declined at lunch the next day, all I had to do was go in to the bank and I was given a new debit card immediately. I was even able to apply for a credit card over the phone and have now been successfully building my credit and earning points by using the card. I also love the mobile features. They come in more than handy with keeping track of my purchases and billing. I love my bank!”

“Woodforest has been the best for banking. It’s in Walmart so can always get what I need while I am there and they stay open everyday but Sunday til like 7pm. I use the Woodforest app to handle pretty much anything. Hannah helped me get my account back on track after a red flag mistake happened and then called me back to let me know it’s taken care of and have never had a negative interaction with any employee there.
