New washers and new dryers make the experience amazing and peaceful. The employees are very friendly and helpful, especially a gentleman who goes by The Captain, who is personable and makes every interaction pleasant. The place is very clean and air conditioned. Customers can drop off laundry for a wash and fold service, and clothes come back smelling great and nicely folded. One reviewer noted an uncomfortable interaction with an elderly man, possibly the owner, who became aggressive and rude, but this will not stop them from returning. Another reviewer appreciates the assistance with laundry questions and community information, though they wish the business stayed open a little later one or two nights a week.
