If you call The First, your call is immediately answered by a real person. If u call Keesler, there are 54+ calls ahead of u. Especially on a Saturday when they are open only til 1pm AFTER being closed for a holiday. So here we are, locked out of our account, having issues w/ the cards, for no apparent reason, & we won't have access to our money for 5 days. Not only that, but shame on the folks that Keesler uses to go after debt. They're ruthless liars. My husband had problems paying off a credit card w/ keesler & i had no idea. Instead of him calling them to tell them he was having issues, they sent it to a debt collector. Rightfully so. The debt collector harrassed his family members on public facebook forums!! When i finally found out & contacted them, we reached a payment agreement we could afford to stop from having to go to court. They LIED!!! They went to court anyway behind our backs! Charged us court costs & garnished his wages!! We couldn't afford to feed our family! We had arranged to pay them, set up how much they could draw from our acct every month , but apparently that wasn't good enough for them so they lied to us & screwed us. We couldn't feed our family. That's the kind of business keesler chooses do business w/.

Wish moe information would be told on policy for wire transfer. No one told me Saturday that wire transfer would not take place until Tuesday. Absolutely no point in sending money instantly that wont be sent for days. Just lack of communication. That affects me negatively. Could have been avoided thats all. Then when they called to tell me i get slight attitude when i ask questions as to why money never left account Saturday or Monday.

Time and time again we have problems with their mortgage dept. they are constantly messing up our escrow account! They add insurance that we don’t need! Every branch tells us they can’t help us. When you call their mortgage department they can’t help you either! We constantly have to fight for our mortgage payment to be fixed! This bank is a complete joke when it comes to a mortgage!

I love my bank!! I have never been so helped by a bank. I had some one try to use my card at a gas station and it was stopped before the transaction even went through, and even though my card was declined at lunch the next day, all I had to do was go in to the bank and I was given a new debit card immediately. I was even able to apply for a credit card over the phone and have now been successfully building my credit and earning points by using the card. I also love the mobile features. They come in more than handy with keeping track of my purchases and billing. I love my bank!

Closes on Christmas Eve at 1 when people don't get off till 2 or 4. This is ridiculous. Christmas is one thing but Christmas Eve people have checks to cash to buy gifts!

I recently had situation that required some creative thinking or at least a little compassion . I found neither at the waveland branch where i have two accounts of about 8000.00. I lost my wallet while here and went into the waveland branch where i had personally opened the account two years earlier, knowing since my wife had sent me pics of my last statement, copy of passport,copy of birth certificate, copy of.my Mississippi driver's license. Lifetime mississippi fishing license.
