I had the best experience! I usually hate to go to the cellphone place because it takes so long and it's just so tedious. Miranda was the most amazing person ever. I am just so thankful for her. She was engaging and she knew every answer to every question. She made sure I left satisfied. Metro PSC made the right decision by making her an ambassador for their company. She has a bright future and is just basically a great human. Absolutely amazing!

Amazing service. Exactly what the commercial said about wifi is Exactly true. We got unlimited wifi, first month is free, and then 55$ first unlimited all month long. Went home plugged it in and it worked ? ?♂️. No skips and good Internet connection. Service is truly amazing ? ?. We are so happy we are customers also signed up for Auto pay.

In August, I bought Samsung Galaxy A 14 5G. In December, it stopped to send pictures by SMS. The lady in office was very helpful. She called to a different representative half an hour. And the phone was restored by online. In the evening, the problem began again. After restart several times, I can send one picture. But in the morning the problem started again. I'm going to visit the office today again. So, I am ready to close account and switched to another company. .... Addition. On Sunday, the phone stopped sending photos again. I came to the office, there was a young man there who didn’t even want to call and solve the problem. He was not rude, but only indifferent to the old man, who had hearing problems. So it's not for nothing that I only gave one star. I wish you a pleasant Christmas and New Year.

I have not had any better service or support for my phones and Internet than from the help I get with Metro. Even T-Mobile in Gulfport wasn't as nice and helpful and friendly as Metro in Waveland, MS.

Place is nothing but a scam. I attempted to order a phone and plan online, and the total came to $93 with shipping. However, they continuously asked me to verify my identity, only to later claim that they couldn't verify it. Meanwhile, they kept placing holds on my bank account for $93 each time. Frustrated, I decided to call the store and ask if I could place the order there instead.To my relief, they informed me that I could indeed order it in store. They simply required me to bring my ID. So, I drove half an hour to the store, only to be greeted immediately with the news that I can't order the phone online threw them. They insisted that I had to purchase it from them directly at the location instead. Fine, I thought, but will it be the same price? They assured me that it would be.However, just ten minutes later, they told me that the price was now $196, $103 more than what it was online. I told them, that this was not the same price they had promised. Their response? "Well, that's the price today." It became abundantly clear to me that this place is nothing but a scam. I suggest you to avoid it at all costs. They will shamelessly lie to your face and waste your time. They tried to sneak in $103 worth of hidden fees for a phone and plan that should have only cost $93 in total. Stay away from this location.To be clear I say its a scam because they lied to me twice, once when I called telling my I could order it threw them and ship it too my house (to get me into the store). Than they lied again when I asked if it would be the same price as online, which got me to fill out the paperwork. Both where lies to get me in the store, which where completely false, and probably only done in hopes I would just agree to the $103 worth of fees instead of getting it for the advertised price listed online. They are out of absolutely nothing by lying on the phone, and in person.

Only store I have a problem with. On more than one occasion travelled the hour to the store during business hours to an empty store with an open sign, waited around for an hour, then drove the hour home. Worst store on the coast

If I could have given a zero star...I purchased a phone on 8/31/22, attempted to charge phone over night, it kept blinking on and off, two hours later, phone was at 19%, checked at 3am, charging had completely stopped. Switched chargers at 7am 22%. Returned phone to store, original salesperson, Haley was not there, Tony attempted to charge phone with original charger, within 10 minutes, charging was unsuccessful, he called his manager, Joe or John, the name kept changing, he explained to Joe or John, store manager that he tried all available chargers in store andTony stated that it may be a problem with the phone, Joe or John, store manager that Tony called on the phone stated that I could purchase another phone or charger or block. ???? But I just purchased this phone not 24 hours ago, phone in same condition as when I walked out of the store on yesterday. Joe or John told Tony to tell me to file it with my insurance protection. But wait, I just purchased this phone on yesterday 8/31/2022, today is 9/01/2022. That makes no sense. Tony stated that if he could do more he would but his manager, Joe or John, store manager, Waveland, Mississppi says no. I called customer service, the representative stated that MetroPCS doesn't operate in that manner, she asked to speak with the representative in the store, he informed her that his manager, told him that there was nothing that could be done. She asked him to call his manager and when he called Joe or John, Tony became very flustered with the situation because other customers were coming in with complaints. tony than began to change his story regarding the chargers not being the problem because Joe or John was refusing to switch the phones out. The customer service rep was very appalled at the service that they were giving at this store, she asked Joe or John why he would not just give me another phone. Joe or John told Tony to ask me to leave the store. But I was good for business the day prior to having an issue with their product. I would never recommend this store to anyone. Poor customer service. No resolve, no phone, loss of money, wasted time.
