Had a SIM card issue, could not make or receive calls or text. A young lady with the store, Angela reached out and spent at least 30 or more minutes with my wife and resolving the issue. We also bumped up our Verizon plan with her help. She was extremely nice and helpful. A very good representative of your business.

I had a complex issue with an Apple cell phone start up on a new Verizon plan. The red haired woman asked all the right questions, performed all possible fixes before calling Verizon technical support who are currently working on the issue. The local woman was both patient,, worked well with the headquarters technicians and was able to serve other customers while.performing an hours-long orthogonal debug. Thanks.

I called on a Tuesday to confirm what I needed to be done could be done. Spoke to someone named Matthew. Went in on Thursday, was not greeted (like it matters anymore) and told the man working what I needed. He asked me for my phone number and pin for my account. I provided the info and he told me it was wrong. I told him to try another pin and that one did not work either. He then decided to tell me I only had one more try before he wouldn’t be able to help me. Long story short he couldn’t. He then told me I had to go to either slidell or gulfport. When I went to the store in gulfport and walked in, I was unmediated greeted, asked how I was doing and how they could help me. Turns out the first PIN number I gave the man at this store was my correct pin. He told me I had to go 35 minutes out of my way and couldn’t help me when he could have. Complete dissatisfaction and will never go to Verizon in the bay/waveland area again.

When I first went to this store the people working where brilliant now that I am a customer I never see the same people a year later and when I am there I get circle j*** to go to there local head quarter up the road because they can not perform there jobs

Even though this store doesn’t do warranty work, they should offer as a (common courtesy) and help an 83 year old woman from out of town who has a new flip phone that is dead and won’t take a charge and call the warranty help desk to get it replaced for her. Kindness is dead. So sad.

Sylvia W was the most incredible, professional, efficient customer service representative for Verizon I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN ANY COMPANY! We got my new I Phone 13 Pro Max set up and running !
She is a problem solver, a friendly face under pressure and Verizon should clone her!! She handled a packed shop alone and kept everyone happy!
