I’ve always loved shopping at Factory Connection in Waynesboro until this past Saturday. I overheard one of the cashiers saying that she has a Black friend who she encouraged to come and put in an application for employment. She then stated that she only did being nice but she told them not to hire her because she is Black. I turned around and looked at her and proceeded to the front desk to check out. She then told me that they didn’t know that it was still customers in the store to which I responded I know. She went on to say that she has Black friends and she hopes that I don’t think bad of them. To which I replied, no, you’re just being yourself.

Had a good experience. It's one of those places you may not find anything but you may find everything. They always have some super cute stuff at way cheaper prices than you normally pay though!
