I had to drive about 45 minutes to this branch to make a deposit, and I arrived 20 minutes before they closed. The drive-thru was already open, but they didn’t let me make a deposit. If the staff was already inside the building, why they ignored their customers?
I’ll never come back to this branch and I’ll do my best to close my business and personal accounts as soon as possible.

Great customer service and the tellers are always friendly! They are very knowledgeable of all the banking services. Will definitely continue to bank with Southern Bancorp.
