The people who worked there were super nice and helpful! They had exactly what I needed and didn't try to upsell me on anything. I was able to replace my phone in less than 30 min from start to finish (which I feel like is pretty good for including transferring my data and putting on a new case)

I have been with them for 4 years. Great experience at West Point, Mississippi location and over the phone. I have a cell phone and hotspot for my home. It picks up great in the country area that I live in.

The most utmost unprofessional and dishonest store location and company as a whole, I authorize only for an existing phone to be swapped to a new one, and spend $1000’s of dollars at this store and to the company for network. And simply still have to over charge you products that you did not receive and also an agent has a the right to authorize insurance for a phone that I have but yet I did not authorize it. Issue has still not been resolved for over a month now, since December 08, 2020, as soon as this little contract is up, on to another service carrier. ??✌?

I purchased a Samsung A11 online on December 24, 2020. The morning of December 28th I could not receive calls or texts the 1st time I reached out to cspire. Today is the 9th of January I've spoken to 6 different online reps with no resolve. Went to the store on 7th. They refuse to give me an exchange! I had only had the phone 4 days!
