The employees working in the pharmacy at this location will close down all the registers before closing time and deny customers prescriptions.

The ladies at West Point, Ms, CVS are the greatest. Very helpful and they always lend a helping hand.

I wish I could remember the two young ladies name but they were extremely nice and very attentive. I couldn’t ask for better service. The store was extremely clean.

I spent 8 hours at the er with my wife. She has a bulging disc and slip disc in her neck. My wife is 60 years old. We don't use cvs (and NEVER will). She was given a pain medication to help her until she can get in to see the orthopedic surgeon on Tuesday. It's Labor day weekend. Went to cvs to get her medication filled and cvs trratrd my wife like an addict. My wife has NEVER use ANY type od deugs in her life. We will DEFINITELY NEVER go back to cvs after the way they trratrd my wife. We have NEVER been treated this way in our life. This was utterly ridiculous and very unprofessional. I only gave 1 star because a minus 10 wasn't an option.

High prices, stand off staff, and somewhat limited selection. Instead of the cashier helping check me out, she pointed at the automated system and said in a matter of fact way, “Um we have self check outs.”Oh thanks, I forgot you were hired here to stand around and scroll Instagram.

Words to describe this place. Slow and rude. They used to be really nice. But now, horible...

Although the pharmacy staff is Pleasant and efficient, one must be very careful in shopping for medical supplies. I am a diabetic and require more than 100 needles a month. I have unquestioningly purchased my diabetic needles at CVS. Upon opening my Amazon account and searching for insulin pen needles I found the identical needles that I have been paying 42 bucks for at only $14 for 200 needles instead of $42 for 100 needles. What a dunce I have been. And CVS will not refund a sealed package of new needles . Wonder what they sell KY jelly for?

Great store but their parking lot is full of bomb craters. That keeps them from getting 5 stars. They have been telling me that its supposed to be fixed since April of 2017
