Worst customer service ever!!! I would not even give 1 star it says I have too! They were RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! Two people ahead of me had trouble with their she helped them. l had trouble mine she said you must not have money in you bank! She sent me to customer service! The people at customer service where just as bad standing around chatting. I went up to desk and spoke to one of them about the incident. She literally walked away and went back to chatting! Ma'am? She ignored me. Anyway I left everything in my cart( I had a lot of cold items) and was walk away. She said ma'am are you gone put all this back?! To say least I turned and said NO. I told her they were RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! I'm so disgusted by this store!

It's all about Curtis! Omg, his SMILE and customer service skills are unsurpassed. My husband really likes him but yesterday I went in by myself. I went to the self scanners and had difficulty with scanning a gift card. Come to find out, it was a faulty gift card. Curtis helped me whenever I needed help. He was right there. He was SO gracious and non- condescending. Thank you, Curtis!!!

I like our Walmart but if customer satisfaction is your motto then you need some cashiers to handle the traffic at checkout. If there is one complaint I hear over and over is the long lines at checkout. There's no excuse for it. Thanks, Thad Buck

Wanted to brag on the online pick-up team! Efficient and good with the app. SOOO much more organized and knowledgeable than the Starkville Wal-Mart team. I'll definitely be coming here from now on!
