Worst customer service ever!!! I would not even give 1 star it says I have too! They were RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! Two people ahead of me had trouble with their she helped them. l had trouble mine she said you must not have money in you bank! She sent me to customer service! The people at customer service where just as bad standing around chatting. I went up to desk and spoke to one of them about the incident. She literally walked away and went back to chatting! Ma'am? She ignored me. Anyway I left everything in my cart( I had a lot of cold items) and was walk away. She said ma'am are you gone put all this back?! To say least I turned and said NO. I told her they were RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! I'm so disgusted by this store!

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would! We picked up medication for our elderly mother because she has her prescriptions filled here- she was given the incorrect medication for her BREATHING!!! When she called to advise them, they unapologetically told her she couldn’t return it & when she challenged them, they lied and said that her Dr. prescribed that kind. We called the Dr. & he clearly stipulated which medication he sent to the pharmacy because she has adverse reactions to the one they gave her. To add insult to injury, she was told she would now need to pay out of pocket because they used her insurance to fill the a prescription for incorrect medication! Now my mother is forced to LITERALLY pay for the pharmacy’s mistake & is stuck with medication she can NOT USE!

As long as Matthew Medlock is Market Manager for this district and employed by Wal-Mart. No one, should go here. He drove off some really good pharmacist who cared deeply for wait times and patient/customer service. He only wants brand new graduates that can be employed for less. Drove off seasoned and experienced pharmacist just so his "district" would look a little better on paper.

It's all about Curtis! Omg, his SMILE and customer service skills are unsurpassed. My husband really likes him but yesterday I went in by myself. I went to the self scanners and had difficulty with scanning a gift card. Come to find out, it was a faulty gift card. Curtis helped me whenever I needed help. He was right there. He was SO gracious and non- condescending. Thank you, Curtis!!!

Wanted to brag on the online pick-up team! Efficient and good with the app. SOOO much more organized and knowledgeable than the Starkville Wal-Mart team. I'll definitely be coming here from now on!

Great pharmacy and workers. Whenever we have issues with medicine, the managers are always helpful. The only pharmacy we go to!
