Cspire needs to adopt a slogan as follows: C-Spire srewing people over one customer at a time or C-Spire gotcha by the balls and there's nothing you can do about it!!! Absolutely no transparency. All the rep could say was its to late there's nothing I can do about it. I'm sorry.

I switched from Verizon. Had some issues with it but it wasn't cspire. So far so good. The people in the store are very helpful and ready to assist you.

The employees at our CSPIRE are the friendliest, most knowledgeable and patient of ANY cell phone company anywhere! They always know just how to fix any issue I have and always are happy to help! I certainly appreciate them being in Wiggins!

Have had issues with my phone for over 3 months now. 2 months ago they told me they were waiting for a system update from Samsung but when I returned recently it is still not available. They suggested I buy a better phone
