I'm sorry to say this, but we been through cricket for almost a little over a year, yes not with the same account with other accounts as well bc of cricket outrageously charges people to reactive there phones, not just that this cricket place here is down right disrespectful. They disrespect young, middle age, and elderly people in that store, I had saw them disrespect 2 elderly people in there and that was down right wrong. The staff that work there shouldn't even have a job, they are disrespectful over the phone and in person and unhelpful. They are also ungrateful people in there, only care about there selves and don't care about there customers. We had gotten 2 phones through them, and that they were supposed to be brand new, and come to find out that they wasn't, they sold use defective phones with the motherboard problems, and that they are refurbished phones, not new like we was told. I have screenshots of them stating that they were supposed to be new, and paperwork stating from a phone mechanic saying otherwise. How is that store even still open? They should be investigated and also shutdown for good, bc no one wants to come in there and have to deal with bad customer service from all y'all employees, pretty sad that boost mobile in Hattiesburg had dealt with a woman that had the same exact problems with her phone, and that they had tooken care of it right then and there while I was standing there, it's pathetic that y'all can't do that. Worst experience I ever had is with cricket wireless, at&t also but I can be able to say that at&t will actually try and work with you and actually try and get the job down on there end even though that there also as bad as y'all.

Ungrateful, disrespectful people, unhelpful, and cricket wireless doesn't even want to help a customer out all over bc they can't handle the truth, I have gotten these phones from them and all stores and a phone repair man all told me that it's the mother board in these phones my warranty is out now and was getting the whole entire ring around from warranty before it had ran out, no one wants to fix it and had gotten sold defective phones from cricket wireless, and none cares to even help out and then I get Hung up on by them very highly unprofessional, telling me that I'm not listening how when all y'all did was cut me off constantly when I was talking it doesn't take much time to help someone out if it was y'all's phones y'all would want it situated and not be giving the ring around. Better believe imma show up there and video record y'all and imma make sure that y'all go viral on y'all's poor customer service and show the people how much y'all actually care bout them.

Haley is amazing at her job and very helpful to her customers. Mandy is amazing at her job as well and also very helpful to her customers. These ladies work very hard and help like this is extremely hard to find. Cricket in Wiggins is lucky to have these ladies!!

I watched an elder person get abused by the manager of this Wiggins location. The person had a brand new phone and it went out on her so she called the Ladies down there. She told me they were real good to her but the mgr was verbally abusive and hung up the phone on this woman. Now I would never recommend the Wiggins location for customer service because evidently the manager down there just not realize how her paycheck is made. Her paycheck is earned by her customers that pay for this phone and these services so I do not recommend these women especially the manager who I may call adult protective services on because I saw how my elder person suffer afterwards from the mistreatment. She was the rudest crudest most awful person and didn't care one bit about cricket or her customers SHE HUNG UP THE PHONE ON A CUSTOMER. THAT SHOULD BE INSTANT TERMINATION.

Y'all need to pass this Wiggins store on by. Nasty mgmt. Must have been having a bad day. I could tell she was thinking I could not afford better so she ignored me. I was in my work clothes instead of my Polo shirt and felt discriminated against for other obvious reasons.
