I always have a great experience at this store! The staff is knowledgeable, patient, and helped me find the right phone and plan without being pushy. They answered all my questions and made sure everything was set up before I left. The service was fast and friendly, and the whole process was much smoother than I expected. Highly recommend this location if you're looking for honest advice and solid customer support!

Anna was very nice and helpful. There were some computer issues so it took a very long time to get phones switched over but she eventually got it done. I’m hoping pricing turns out as we were told. Have purchased a few phones here and have always been happy with the service

Anna was incredibly sweet and helpful. I upgraded my phone after putting it off until my home button wouldn’t work anymore. Lol. Glad I went to Wiggins store to get this done.
