I got a full set of acrylics and the girl could not speak any English so I couldn’t tell her what I needed fixing or that I didn’t want any of the things she seemed to be trying to upsell me on. She built the acrylic so far onto my skin on the sides making my nails appear WAY wider than what they actually are. Burnt me multiple times and then proceeded to buff my nails with a block over my already bleeding cuticle.

Absolutely will be coming back! The atmosphere was energetic and lively. I was acknowledged right away, was sat down with the foot tub running. Was given water and snacks. I wish I had time to get my nails but I didn’t.

Such an amazing place my fiancé loves it! V was so nice and funny and just an overall great person to get to know! My fiancé will definitely be coming again! ( she said she’ll come back lol)

Very rude, insisted that I get gel nails, charged me $55.00 instead of $35.00 which is what I got a basic pedicure.. It was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. She rushed through it and painted my nails red instead of blue that I ask for I don’t like the gel polish but she insisted I have it. She also used a machine to get my old polish off which I didn’t like because it hurts my cuticles. Made me wait almost 1 1/2 hours before they got to me and I was one of two people there. I found them very rude and unprofessional! I won’t be back. The one girl was on her phone making videos and talking, she was too occupied to work. I’ll drive to Gulfport before I set foot in that place again!

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. The lady that did them was very sweet, but the nails were awful.I got a pedicure and gel set. The massages and such were amazing. She was using a black tube of what said rhinestone glue on the front to stick the fake nails on and they immediately started to pop off as soon as I started actually using my hands and feet. I hit my foot against my couch and they started popping off as well. Same thing with trying to put on socks and tennis shoes. I still tipped because the lady and her coworker were both arguing the whole time and the lady doing my nails seemed upset. Hopefully there's a number I can call to see about a refund of the services.
Update: I asked for a full refund, and they only gave me 50. The manager and one of the ladies there were very rude, and said that they don't "do refunds." When I asked where it was posted that they don't do refunds, the lady waved her arm and said "somewhere!" The manager was almost completely refusing to talk to me and said that I had "already gotten the service." The lady even quilted me by saying that she was giving me "her money" when giving me 50 of the 120 I spent, not including the 70 dollar gift card I also had used. Completely unprofessional behavior, and I hope that the owner themselves can get back to me.
