The plants are well taken care of, some of my best plants are from there. The staff is nice. We also looked at the animals. Well taken care of the bunnies are healthy so are the chickens. They seasonally have chicks and ducklings! Nice products they rust a little, so I've heard. Well stocked, nice chimes and fountains. We come for the plants!

Was not satisfied with the service at all I paid faithfully for a year and my belongings were destroyed mold/ mildew was on my furniture, mattress, box springs and a lot more of items, I wouldn't recommend this place to a hurt dog, I had to get them to spray around my until several times because I noticed roaches had entered it. I was told that maybe the people that was renting the units on either side of me could have been the one's who had the roaches, I simply asked them on September 5th to take my payments off of automatic draft because I was going to move my things to another unit because I could not deal with the roaches, the fact that I paid these people to house my things and they failed me is not the way to do business

It's a Saturday evening around 4:15 pm: the gate is inoperable; there is no means of communicating this to the owners while I and numerous others who have come and gone CAN'T retrieve our personal property... I was scheduled to have been loaded and on the road to an out of state destination by now. My plans have been severely disrupted because there is no means of even communicating the problem. This is critical to me. Prior to this fiasco, I would have given them a fairly high rating... Were it not for the extremely annoying knats, shy of this current incident, they otherwise would have gotten an excellent rating. So here I sit with a truck full of knats and no furniture.
