Not the best but not the worst

Workers were very nice, the room was clean and everything worked...only complaint is the bed was hard. Maybe the worst bed I've ever slept on in a hotel. I am in heaven back in my own bed now.

I stood one day and it was not good at all! The ac went off in the middle of the night the fridge didn’t work the room was dirty! I got this because i wanted my kids to go In the pool. However even the pool was dirty with lots of insects in it. The only good thing is the workers were nice and the breakfast was ok. For a Hampton hotel though that was more expensive than the others in the area it should’ve been cleaner and the ac should have Worked :(

Always Amazing.
Food and drinks: Breakfast every morning was delicious, and if you don't have time to sit and eat, they have go bags with a bagel , fruit , water, etc

Near Railroad, train noise. Beside Walmart, high traffic. Staff excellent.

Being right next to a Walmart was very convenient. Clean rooms and the breakfast in the morning was great for a hotel.

Great hotel. The rooms were hot and the continental breakfast was mid. Pretty good for the price tho.

We stayed here to break up our drive home from Florida. I’m always a fan of a Hampton Inn. Staff at check in was very friendly. The beds very comfortable. Hamptons free breakfast is always a plus. My two complaints are part of the room smelled like pee. It drove me crazy all night. The other issue was the mini fridge made a high pitch noise when the compressor kicked on.

Our refrigerator had somebody's open coke and half eaten KitKat and the television wasn't explained so we couldn't watch anything. Breakfast was alright. A little disappointed they took the veterans discount away... sad days.

I visited this location 5/11/24 in fact Yazoo City, Ms is my home town. I'm at this location at least twice a month. However this stay wasn't pleasant for me at all ! Upon checking in hostess was very professional as usual. I checked in and left and headed to my families to visit. When I returned in was 11:10 p.m this is when I realized my television wasn't working! A television and I are best friends I have to sleep with a it on or else Im awake all night, so I went down stairs to the desk. This is when I met Ms. Samantha the clerk and she was so professional, courteous, very concerned. She finished what she was doing and came up stairs with me to my room . When I say she was persistent this young lady did everything within her power to get the television on but it just didn't work. Of course I was awake all night upon checking out at 6:20 a.m.

One of the beds smelled like pee. The bathroom floor was sticky. The door on the microwave was broken so the light stayed on. Finally unplugged it. I'm 65 years old and can barely navigate the internet. So they charge an extra 30 or so dollars to book my room in person. Go to the holiday in express. It's cleaner and closer to restaurants and such.

Came in for a Funeral and got to the Hotel at night. Was not hard to find...matter of Fact it was literally close to a Gas Station and a Store. This Hampton had plenty of Television Channels to watch, which is such a Plus when you're tied down to a Hotel room.
All n All....Very Good and Convenient

I'm giving it 2 stars because it's still a Hampton Inn. I would give it less, but it wasn't a dump. First I went to the front desk to check in at around 4pm. There was no one at the front desk. I tried calling. The phone rang so I know it worked. I could see a lady walking around in front of the hotel on her phone. She could also see me. She walked by several times before coming in and asking if I was checking in (I'm standing there with a suitcase, duh). I finally got a room. That took at least 15 minutes. Went out later to get dinner and the whole area was surrounded by police. Someone had been shot. The next morning I went down to breakfast and grabbed a bowl for cereal. Filled with cereal I went to look for milk. None...I decided to not waste it and ate it dry. It was marked as honey nut Cheerios. It wasn't honey nut.
