The gel on my nails started peeling not even 3 days after getting them done. The woman that done them stayed on her phone the whole time she was doing my nails. She didn’t even listen to the style I really wanted.

I went to LA Nails today for the first time. I asked for a simple dip manicure. I did not request any tips or fake nails. My request was relatively simple. No one in the entire store spoke any English or could communicate with their customers. I left very unpleased. My hands appeared as if I had stuck them into a bottle of Elmer's glue. Instead of using the proper nail files and tools, the nail tech used her finger nails to pinch and scratch the glue off my hands which led to the skin breaking. To summarize, I will not be back nor will I be referring any business to this location.
