“Watching TV is my brother’s only form of entertainment and he had been without for nearly ten days. After hooking up the internet with the help of Angela who provided great customer service. I brought the box home but was confused about how to connect it. I had contacted ONN/Roku reps multiple times without success. Today 1/30/26, I went into the ATT store and spoke with Dianna and discussed the difficulty I was having connecting the Roku TV. She did not hesitate to assist me. She walked me thru all the steps, and now my brother is very happy and appreciative. Dianna went above and beyond to assist us. Thank you very much for your kindness today.”
