Well managed and convenient store with lots of different stuff available, plus always low gasoline prices. They're open 24/7, which is especially important since the big stores such as Walmart and Schnucks are no longer open all night.

So its 4 after midnight 8/1/2024. Just watched the work crew you have dump 5 gallon buckets of rinse water/percolate mixing leftovers down the storm drain in front of the business. Yay for people dumping pollutants into our waterways. Its on camera, can't you get fined for that by the EPA?

I've been coming to this 7-11 every morning before work for years. A lot has changed in the last few months and not for the better. Many morning crew have quit and been replaced with unpleasant and rude cashiers. My money spends just as well somewhere that appreciates it. Until the witch at the register is gone, I won't be back!!!!

I definitely give them a 10 out of 10 I was greeted when I first came through the door. The place is very clean. They have to order ready to go. I definitely love the fact that I was greeted at the door when I first came in a very nice variety of snacks, tobacco products, and even frozen section with fresh foods and meats we support by a banana it was a man wanted to get a refund and he was being cussed out and he handled it very well 10/10

Morning staff is rude a needs to be trained to treat customers nicely! Paying customers should not be yelled at for asking questions.

This is actually one of my favorite 711s to go to. No matter how busy they are, they're always willing to make food for me. Made my 16 wings fresh with no issues. I really appreciate the staff here. The problems with this location on these reviews stem from the location itself: the customers in this area are rude, ignorant and trashy!

I went into this 7-eleven and tried to get $7.15 worth of gas and the lady entered it as a cash transaction although I had card that I swipped , it charged me $7.15 which was all I had on that card, she said that she voided the transaction and it will be put back on my card but who knows when as it was a weekend. She entered it in again as a card transaction and of course my card now declined. I stressed that that was the only money that I had and that I'm out of gas and asked what am I supposed to do now for gas since that was all the money I had and it was now tied up pending due to her mistake. She admitted fault but didn't know what to do and then just walked off and some younger guy, overnight shift employee comes up says there's nothing they can do and I said are you kidding me? and then he just starts yelling at me and telling me he will call the cops and have me trespassed.I managed to hit record on my phone and I have a video of him being loud and extremely rude and at this point it was in front of multiple customers waiting in line and he's talking down to me as if I did something wrong. Also the refund never came, the transaction disappeared from my history but the money never showed back up. Horrible, degrading and frustrating experience. They stole my money and rudely sent me on my way while threatening to have me "trespassed" Reading the comments on here it seems that this is normal behavior for this 7-eleven which is unacceptable. The lady admitted fault to me but then did nothing but let her coworker yell at me and shrug her shoulders. I also believe I still have a picture of the voided transaction receipt. If I can help it then I won't be shopping here and I do not recommend this location as long as they are treating customers this rudely and stealing money.Also I called and complained and whoever I spoke to didn't seem very concerned, he took my info and said he would mail either a check or gift card with my money and it never came and I never heard anything else from anyone and this was months ago.

Very friendly staff and speedy service. Store is consistently cleaned and stocked and is about as good as a small gas station gets. It may not be the four seasons but you go for the familiarness and smiles the staff bring and they don't disappoint just like Olive Garden says you'll feel like family. P.S. I'm an employee here but I shopped here for years before that and I would've said the same thing then.

Horrible customer service stop to get gas January 12 around 8pm the guy at the front counter was so rude not to me but to other customers as well he most definitely was having a bad day. Won’t spend my money here anymore

Pretty common 711. Pretty fast in and out. Dirty but it's to be expected at a grimy gas station. They do have a money pass atm which is what my bank operates off of so that's a bonus

Went in and the guy working told me to go somewhere else because I couldn't remember who sold me something 12 hours ago. Customer service sucks
