We have several cracks around our property, in a brick wall, concrete patio, and stone foundation. Justin and Will came out to assess them and were very knowledgeable about the different material types, analyzing how the crack probably formed, and explained what a repair would look like. At the end of their review, I above all else appreciated their honesty that none of these cracks are overly concerning and that we could probably monitor them for another year before needing their help if they get worse. If that happens (fingers crossed they don’t actually), we will definitely call Crack Wizard back for their great customer service.

Will and Justin came by and were incredibly helpful. They gave me a good understanding of what foundation issues to look out for and which are to be concerned with. I appreciated their honesty and willingness to field any questions. When I need concrete repair, I’ll be sure to use Crack Wizard!

The Crack Wizard was quick to respond and offer an estimate for a foundation crack that was leaking water. Repair was done within a week and staff was super professional! Should another crack spring a leak, they will be my first and only call.

I own a property management company with about 1850 residential units under management around town. Unless it's a special situation or so high of a cost that getting other bids is unavoidable, I exclusively send all of the foundation work I need done to Crack Wizard. Their prices are always the best by at least a little bit, but more importantly their lead times from project approval to completion are exponentially faster than I've experienced with their competitors. Some of the bigger names in town have taken several months to get jobs scheduled. Crack Wizard tends to get them done within just a couple of weeks.
I work with a lot of contractors in a lot of different fields. Crack Wizard is among the best we work with in any field, and I highly recommend them.

Extremely professional! They set an estimate appointment time several weeks out and kept it- they showed up and completed the job on the day it was scheduled. They communicated any changes or concerns beyond my expectations. I covered everything in my 100 year old basement and the mess was minimal- they cleaned their area up as if they hadn’t been there! I was beyond pleased with their professionalism, the job they did and the price was super reasonable! My job was completed 6 months ago and with all the rain we have had in the last month my basement has been dry! I highly recommend CRACK WIZARD!!

What a pleasant surprise to have a professional organization like Crack Wizard coming to my home. The construction man, Andrew was so focused on getting the job done correctly. He prepared the surfaces and moved whatever needed to be moved to work on the issues at hand. He was so impressive, and I just got out of his way. In short order, he had the project completed. To communicate that I was pleased with the service would be an understatement. I highly recommend Crack Wizard to anyone that wants a professional company to address and fix their basement issues! Phenomenal work!! Plus they got our entire basement completed two days faster. The team was respectful of our space. Did a great job on installing the french drain. Everyone from the supervisor/owner and receptionist was amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
