Has to be one of the best UPS stores I have ever been to. If you want fast and simple service without someone complicating anything it’s worth it to drive out of your way to this location. We need some paperwork printed out and a Notary done. They were fast and efficient. We came in at the last minute and I woman Traci giving the notary was able to stay past 5:00 and help us every step of the way.

The owner is dismissive at times. Smiling and greeting goes along way. Perhaps organizational culture could use an improvement.

I am writing this review to share my extremely disappointing experience with UPS regarding my lost delivery and the complete lack of care shown by customer service.
My package never arrived, and when I contacted UPS, I expected at least a level of concern, accountability, and effort to resolve the issue. Instead, what I encountered was dismissiveness and indifference. I was walked through the steps providing reassurance that my lost items would be located or compensated for, I was made to feel as though my situation did matter. Later to find out that it did not. Someone falsely filled out paperwork for me to receive a refund for much less than what I paid to have my now lost item mailed.
Losing a package is already frustrating, but what makes this experience worse is the way it was handled. As a customer, I rely on UPS to not only deliver items safely but also to take responsibility when something goes wrong. In my case, there was no sense of urgency, no empathy, and lastly no return phone call to explain why he chose to rip me off.

I went to the store to return my package first of all Nathan the associate who helped me told me that I cannot send my package like that so he asked me to buy a box In the store, so I refused and I went, and I got a empty box and went back to the store and ask him to put the tape on the box .He said you have to pay one dollar for the piece of tape, So I went to the store and buy a tape. I put the tape to the box and give it to him.This was the third time I went store and finally, he decided to take my package,and this is the worst experience I had today.

Pulled up into the store to do two big drop offs. The line was outside the store. My first thought was, I’m gonna be here Forever. I was there for five minutes or less. The. Staff is fabulous, fantastic over achievers! Very kind and courteous with good attitude. Definitely recommend the store. The staff deserves a pat on the back!

I went to the UPS store to return an item to Spectrum. I was waited on in less than a minute and was out the door in less than five minutes!

I can't say enough good things about this store and the owner/manager Thomas. I needed to ship a very big and bulky family heirloom across the country. Thomas helped me break down my shipping options and explained the prices for every option. Excellent personal customer service! Five stars!

Update on 3/24/2025:
I would give more stars if possible.
Today this store helped me save me over $80! I was returning a large package to Amazon, and the seller asked me to pay for the shipment, which was over $80. A gentleman working there told me that if it was Amazon, I should NOT pay for shipment, and he gave me a number to call Amazon.
So I called. After Amazon knew about the cost of shipment, I was told that I didn't have to return the package of four 5-gallon diesel containers, and Amazon would still give me full refund ($83.33).
It was nice of Amazon. But the gentleman and the UPS store were nicer -- they could have just let me pay for the shipment and make some profit. But they told me I didn't have to, and they helped me save over $80!
Well what is better than that? I'd like to thank the gentleman and the UPS store. I've been going to it for a long time, and it's always been good for me.

I walked in and was greeted right away by the associate behind the counter. She was friendly and personable. When she asked what I was shipping and I told her, she congratulated me on the new addition to our family. I will definitely go back when I have other shipping needs.

Wonderful customer service! Despite how busy they were Tracie took the time to help me out and made it so I didn't have to come back another day. Everyone was kind, fast and helpful.
