I'm not someone who usually leaves negative reviews, but I’ve never had a pharmacy experience this disorganized or frustrating. Over the course of 2 months, I made between 10-20 phone calls (with long hold times) trying to get 1 single prescription filled, and not once did I speak to the same person twice. It felt like a revolving door of employees, none of whom had any record of my previous conversations or seemed to follow a clear process.
Even after finally getting the pharmacy manager on the phone and explaining the issues, I was rushed off the phone, my concerns were completely dismissed, and the prescription still has not been filled, despite being told it would be ready within 30 minutes because it was in stock. It has now been a week since that call.
At this point, switching pharmacies and leaving this review so others are aware feels like the only option. This has been an incredibly disappointing experience and a huge waste of time. I truly hope they take the steps to improve communication, accountability, and organization for future customers, but until then, I would avoid this pharmacy at all costs.
Quick update to this review: I switched to the CVS pharmacy across the street and got the prescription filled within 1 day!

Worst place to try to apply for yet they're looking for people to work there if there was a negative minus for the stars I would rate this like -3 or 4 stars due to the fact that I went in there after I applied online I went in there two days later told the manager I was looking for a job and I'm willing to work whatever hours whatever days and he told me well there's a lot of girls working here so we would like to have some guys working here just like that and I told him well I'm willing to work I haven't heard from him ever since that day and it was a week almost a week that passed after he told me he was going to call me for the position so he never did then I go in there to look for him to tell him if he still needs somebody to work there and he's not there he was out on a conference at least that's what the assistant manager Pam said and I couldn't come back after 4:00 because I had errands to do that day I look online two days later to see progress on the hiring and he puts he meaning the manager puts online on their website (No longer in consideration) That meaning he lied saying that I didn't want a job there when he told me he was going to reach out to me for a job thanks a lot 👍

I was getting a script filled for Paxlovid and they were so helpful and did everything they could to get the cost down and find a local pharmacy for me that had it in stock. I would 100% use this Walgreens pharmacy location.

spharmacy-I was at the counter for 4 minutes with 6 people behind the counter. no one said "hello" or "we will right with you" or anything. just ignored. I had finally asked if someone could help me. I go here because it is close to work. am actively looking for an alternate pharmacy with friendlier staff.

Do not go to this pharmacy. The pharmacist himself is completely unhelpful. He actually does a real shallow attempt at being one.Then I was told off by a tech, because they weren't listening about medicine. Apparently, we should listen to her talking to someone else,while we tell her that isn't correct.Basically, your responsibility isn't to repeat something to a tech multiple times or listen to them and their nonsense in the background. You should feel listened to, because this type of person can give you a medicine that could cause you sickness or death. So go elsewhere

This pharmacy is the absolute worst!!! You will sit on hold forever or wait in line. I sat for over an hour on the phone, someone picked up and asked me to hold (I didn't respond, rather was just put on hold) and held an additional 30 minutes before the system automatically hung up on me. That was earlier this week. I'm on hold now, again and it's been 57 minutes as I type this and recording keeps saying "one caller ahead of you". It's now a personal challenge to see when they actually answer. If you have an option do not go here

Extremely unhelpful and RUDE staff. They can never get anything right. It’s always a horrible experience when I have stop by here. Avoid this location like the plague!

We were notified fifteen minutes prior to the Covid booster appointment for our four children that they don't have any in stock. Then the manager informed us that no one has stock for ages 6-11 but they did have 3-5. Then another employee said the opposite and that they had 6-11 but not 3-5. Then they came to us a third time and said they didn't have any of the ages in stock. The incompetence at this location is astounding. I would especially recommend families avoid this business. It took almost an hour to finally begin the vaccines for our four children.

Booked a flu vaccine online and received a confirmation email. Arrived on time for the appointment and told the the person at the pharmacy counter I was there for the flu shot. She asked for my name and birthdate date and after checking her computer, she told me she couldn't find my appointment. Waste of time! Additionally, there was lots of trash next to the sidewalk leading to the front door. The floors in the store were littered and very dirty. So who knows maybe it was serendipitous, I might have missed a flu injection with a dirty needle.
