spharmacy-I was at the counter for 4 minutes with 6 people behind the counter. no one said "hello" or "we will right with you" or anything. just ignored. I had finally asked if someone could help me. I go here because it is close to work. am actively looking for an alternate pharmacy with friendlier staff.

This pharmacy is the absolute worst!!! You will sit on hold forever or wait in line. I sat for over an hour on the phone, someone picked up and asked me to hold (I didn't respond, rather was just put on hold) and held an additional 30 minutes before the system automatically hung up on me. That was earlier this week. I'm on hold now, again and it's been 57 minutes as I type this and recording keeps saying "one caller ahead of you". It's now a personal challenge to see when they actually answer. If you have an option do not go here

We were notified fifteen minutes prior to the Covid booster appointment for our four children that they don't have any in stock. Then the manager informed us that no one has stock for ages 6-11 but they did have 3-5. Then another employee said the opposite and that they had 6-11 but not 3-5. Then they came to us a third time and said they didn't have any of the ages in stock. The incompetence at this location is astounding. I would especially recommend families avoid this business. It took almost an hour to finally begin the vaccines for our four children.

Booked a flu vaccine online and received a confirmation email. Arrived on time for the appointment and told the the person at the pharmacy counter I was there for the flu shot. She asked for my name and birthdate date and after checking her computer, she told me she couldn't find my appointment. Waste of time! Additionally, there was lots of trash next to the sidewalk leading to the front door. The floors in the store were littered and very dirty. So who knows maybe it was serendipitous, I might have missed a flu injection with a dirty needle.

I made an appointment online fora Covid booster,got there at 2:25, 5 minutes early. Was told to wait in line behind prescription customers. Got to the window and no appointment could be found on their system. Fortunately I had printed out the conformation. I then had to fill out the same form that I had done online. All well and good, but wait a minute. I as told to have a seat, they would take care of me shortly. Twenty minutes later I was still sitting there. Finally I got the shot. It took 50 minutes to get a shot that took two minutes to complete. So save time, make an appointment at Walgreens...yeah right. I,d still be sitting there waiting if I hadn't complained to the manager.

Absolute WORST location ever. Every single time anyone in my family needs prescriptions, this location is "out of stock" and it takes DAYS to get the medications. On more than one occasion I've been told that I would have my son's medication on a certain day and then that day comes and it turns out they didn't even order it and tell me to wait another 3 days. Don't waste your time. Find a better, more reliable pharmacy.

Worse Walgreens ever. Went in for a booster shot with an appointment, 45 minutes later, they forgot about me. Pharmacy orders forgot about also while I sat there waiting.

The pharmacy has incompetent employees. One trip to the pharmacy they do the express pay the next they tell you you have to come in to do the express pay. Keep in mind the express pay was done while in the long wait in the drive- thru. They said the $7.00 script was not on the express pay and had to run my card. They double charged me for the $18.00 script. Just plan ignorance and stupidity. DON’T USE WALGREENS PHARMACY!

My visit was on 7/29/21 @ 1:50 PM: Jason and the man at the register at the photo counter gave exceptional service. They were both helpful and friendly and should be seen as an example of excellence in customer service!

Well ... there is a reason drive through pharmacies exist. However this past week, I was told I need to come inside if I was going to use a coupon code for my prescription. The point of going through the drive through is so that you do not have to go into the store. Needless to say, I had to go inside, enter the coupon and only to walk out 5 minutes later. Very frustrating ..... I, out of all people understand it's the new year and everyone's plans are changing. However, this happens every year ... pharmacies need to be prepared and staff up.

Worst pharmacy service. I was in line for a flu shot at 5:40pm...waited for them for 5 minutes only for them to say they stopped at 5:45pm. Won't be fulfilling my prescriptions here anymore now

This is the WORST Walgreens Pharmacy location I have EVER been to. I was told a 20 minute wait which I was fine with. After over an HOUR I began to get up and they asked for my name and what I was waiting for. I then got up and was told they were very busy and it was going to be another 15 minutes (mind you there was no other customers when I came in) and they said NOTHING to me while I was waiting--I had to ask them. While I'm sitting there, I hear one of the techs complaining about another customer to one of the pharmacists (who was either on the phone or the drive through) saying "I cannot handle her" "I don't want to deal with her anymore"--saying this all very loudly. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. After I have spent my WHOLE afternoon there, my meds were finally ready. I did not get an apology or anything. This isn't my first time having problems with this pharmacy. I was once given the wrong medication when I went to pick them up. I am very good at knowing what all my meds look like and their names so I caught it immediately. I told them that it wasn't the correct one and they claimed that "they couldn't read my doctor's handwriting" which sure I understand, but I have been on this med for YEARS and it's in my history and the same doctor has written to for me for YEARS. They filled and tried to give me something I have never been prescribed. I am just lucky I am so diligent with my medications. This would have been horrific if it were an older customer or someone who is not familiar with their medications. I will now be filling my scripts at Schnuck's or I will find a different Walgreens. This pharmacy has lost my business.

This is my "go to" Walgreens and I stop by pretty regularly. What I like best about this location is the friendly staff that go above and beyond when they don't have to. You are generally greeted with a friendly, "hello" and smile as you enter. They have a decent selection of items and each time I am looking for something specific or on sale they have it in stock. They also have a good rewards program where you can build points that then translate into money for future purchases. This is where the employees here shine! Several times while I was walking through the store or checking out the employees notify me of specials or sales that I had no clue about. Giving me tips on how to get the most out of my rewards points for items I am purchasing. Like just the other day, Linda at the beauty counter approached me and told me about the earn 10,000 points for spending $30. She also told me about the beauty points, which I had no idea existed. Linda told me all the information about it and got me signed up as she checked me out. I appreciate the employees telling me about the rewards program because I have been one for a while and don't realize all of the benefits or how to maximize it. Overall, this is a great Walgreens, but what really stands out are the friendly, knowledgeable employees!
